Lexus of Wesley Chapel was hands down the BEST car purchase experience that we have ever had to date! We cannot thank Issac Mammen enough for his exceptional salesmanship! He truly went out of his way to make this a stress-free process. We would highly recommend him to everyone if you're looking to purchase a Lexus vehicle! Every staff member that we encountered were all friendly and super helpful. Truly a stellar dealership, solid customer service excellence across the board! WORST experience ever. VERY poor customer service from...
WORST experience ever. VERY poor customer service from the moment I walked in door. VERY DISHONEST dealership. Several employees standing around looking at the screens on their cell phones not acknowledging customers. Found out that the advertisement on vehicle I was interested in was false. It was white, not charcoal grey 2018 Toyota Tundra. I did purchase this beautiful 40k truck but later to find out I was lied to over and over again by salesman Tim Smith. Power locks intermittently inoperable and antenna missing. And also lied to by the finance representative Chad Herd who completed the finance documents in regards to the extended warranty. Manager Carlos Vallejo has not fulfilled his promises either. Unable to reach Supervisor Ashton Alston. And neither Customer Client Care rep Ashley Jarvis or Director of Client Care Amber Pluchino will return calls. When I was told I could meet with Manager Carlos Vallejo, I went to dealership. Carlos was not available. I met with Velocity Specialist, Tommy Nixon who seemed to be the ONLY person who cared and assisted me the best that he could. When I tried to contact General Manager, Randy Newbold I was first told he was out of the office that week. Then I was told by Tim Smith by phone, that Client Care did not know what they were talking about. It was untrue, Randy Newbold was at the dealership and I would be provided his direct number which never happened. I left Carlos Vallejo a voice message on 3/22/21 and also with Amber Pluchino on 4/5/21. Its been 3 weeks and neither have returned my calls to date. Safety is my number one concern. This vehicle does NOT provide that with power locks that only work intermittently..

I had been waiting for a replacement part on my Lexus LS460 for almost a year. Once Dee Kaucic got involved, the part was found and sent to her store. She went out of her way to assist me and make sure it was installed immediately. While waiting for service at the dealership, I made sure I personally thanked her for a job well done. Johnny was excellent helping us with our car purchase. He was not high pressure at all. Very friendly and worked to stay within budget. Everyone was very helpful through the entire process. I highly recommend the dealership and Johnny if you are in need of a great deal on a car!

Issac was very informed and helpful. He knew about the car and features. He was very enthusiastic about doing business with us, Worked hard to give us a good deal and followed up after the sale. We would have preferred a slightly lower keyed approach, but like him very much. Adam Vassios was excellent, very informed, clear and polished.
