Excellent service-- prompt, courteous, friendly staff, beautiful, comfy waiting room, plus yummy, freshly prepared goodies to munch on while waiting, even an unusual iced Neoplitan coffee!

Love it! It’s beautifully designed...clean...great people...nice cafe, to! Everyone was helpful...even helped me return my leased vehicle to Lincoln. Hurray for Lexus.

Pleasantly Surprised

What began as a maintenance appointment ended as a sale! I love my new Lexus NX. Johnny is warm, welcoming, listened to my needs and is a true professional Though I expected a “we can’t” theme and was pleasantly surprised at the best customer service experience possible! Though the buying experience is still extensively LONG (HOURS....), Johnny made my waiting worthwhile and even interceded at points to investigate the unnecessary wait...

If I have any kind problems, Forrest the only one who is always ready to help me!!!! The other workers just do their duty on with minimum involvement just enough to receive their monthly earnings. I’m the customer of this dealership company because of Forrest!!!! He is the only one there who makes my day! My appreciation to Forrest!!!

Great experience with all employees I came across at Lexus

I have been shopping for a car for some time now, and was extremely pleased by the assistance provided by Johnny Millaway. He was very attentive to my family and I during the shopping process, and always appeared happy to assist in any way possible. He never felt pushy or pressured me into making a quick decision and was accommodating with all requests made regardless of the amount of requests or how late it was. I would highly recommend contacting Johnny for his assistance when searching for a new vehicle, great service is hard to find now a days!

Jacob was excellent in taking me through the complimentary five thousand mile service. He was very thorough in explaining what was going to be done. After the service was completed he walked me to my car and asked if everything was satisfactory.

Service Manager was excellent. The check in was quick and...

Service Manager was excellent. The check in was quick and I was kept updated on the status of my repair. I was provided a loaner car and my repair was completed the next day. I am completely satisfied with the repair and the dealership.
