How it should be

Loved the attentiveness of all staff! They did a great job with updates on my vehicle. I will choose this dealership over the other lexus dealers in the area.

great service

Came in to get my Lexus suv inspected as a first time visit. The service was good. Wait tine was alittle over an hour without an appointment which was great..Chris was very professional and even offered a complimentary car wash?.I liked the waiting area. It had a quiet area, TV section and a breakfast bar where breakfast was served.I was a bit surprised that an oil change and tire rotation cost a little overy $100 bucks but i never owned a Lexus before.

Service

This was my first visit to the Wesley Chapel dealership. It was really nice. Jason did a great job getting my car serviced. He called me several times throughout the day keeping me updated on the status of my car.

First time customer

Great staff. Stephanie was excellent. Mike even have me a tour of the service area. I appreciated their friendliness and their honesty. Had the feeling of a hometown dealership. I will definitely be back in the future.

Efficient

My service rep was great and very knowledgeable. I appreciated getting text updates and a copy of my service right to my phone. I highly recommend the service department they were efficient and everything went smoothly!

Best Service & Dealership Experience I’ve Ever Had!!!

From the moment I pulled into Wesley Chapel Lexus I was treated like I was the only customer there! The new dealership is impressive to say the very least. A full cafe with barista, toasted bagels, pastries, egg frittata, water, side, chips, fruit and so much more ALL COMPLIMENTARY. Every single person I encountered had a smile on their face and really took the time to learn what I needed. I even met with a Sales Professional who wasn’t pushy and asked questions about the experience with my current vehicle. My lease ends the end of 2018 and will be looking for another vehicle, with the service that Wesley Chapel Lexus provides is enough to keep me as a customer for life! Bravo Lexus. Well done!

Very honest and helpful

I switched from Orlando Lexus to Wesley Chapel because of the poor service I received in Orlando. Orlando took four hours to perform an hour job and missed diagnosed a break problem.

Excellent!

By far, the best service experience I have ever had! The place is beautiful and clean as well! Matt was very thorough and made sure everything was taken care of!

Regular service needed

Called yesterday to schedule appt and was able to get in this morning. Jason did a great job explaining everything to me. I was able to use a loaner car so that I could continue my work for the day and pick up my car at the end of the day. I received messages on the service for my car and when it was done with a link to pay. Super convenient, loved that. I only wish I had taken advantage of their drink and food bar – next time! Jason offered multiple times to get a drink and something to eat, Really should have listen to him.
