DONT BUY A CAR HERE.

DONT BUY A CAR HERE. I wish I had never purchased my new car here. I am not one to write negative reviews and put people on blast but before you think about purchasing a car here, make sure that you’re doing it to just buy and never come back. Their service department is the absolute worst service department and unfortunately, I have to continually come here because even though my car is not even a year old, I keep on having issues and it’s easier to try to fix these issues where you bought it versus another dealership that has nothing to do with the problems. If for some reason, you still decide to purchase your car here, let me advise you to NOT get a white car which they seem to have a large inventory of and now I can see why. Attached are images with MULTIPLE different issues that I have faced between sales and service. When I purchased my car, we were going to change the interior to match the nutmeg in the car, as you can see in one picture the seats were beige and the interior was a different shade of tan. Another issue was that they scuffed my car, lied about saying that they Perma plated it and never did, which is why you see a dirty hand because I literally swiped my hand across the car to walk back in and show my salesperson that service lied about detailing my car because why would my hand then be dirty? And they also had damage the interior. The result was that they gave me a new car and were able to get the correct color matching however literally one month after purchasing my car. The hood has rust spots that Perma plate is not going to fix. I have called my service advisor on four different occasions and left text messages for him to get back to me and he will not. Sales is also not getting back to me and so unfortunately, the only place where my voice can be heard is here on Google reviews. Again, if you get a good deal, go ahead and buy a car here but no that if you have issues, it’s going to be a battle when it hasn’t even been a year. The service overall at the dealership is horrible and so is the communication.

Finance Directer was the best part of the transaction.

Finance Directer was the best part of the transaction. He knew we had to be at our granddaughters dance recital and he expedited the paperwork nicely. Even followed up on how the recital went. I was impressed with how he sensed the urgency of the moment. Sales manger was a bit deceiving. We were not ready to buy a new car however after visiting 3 Toyota dealerships 441 Toyota had the vehicle my wife liked and they pounced. The sales manager lead us to believe that our trade in was going to be wholesaled but 2 days after the transaction they are selling it on their lot for $2300 more than that they gave us for it. I went against every control I put in place when buying a new car and paid more than I should've, 441 Toyota did their job buy getting the most for their vehicle and giving us less for ours. Ultimately it was my decision to buy it so the culpability falls on me.

Anderson manager and Seles person Gonzalo , my family lease a car .No window sticker on the car.The Monroney sticker, a requirement by US the law.,displays information like he vehicle make model trim engine ,transmission ,vin ,MSRP warranty coverage .and more . To make money like that it is call still and lie .I will give Google review to. 2 oil change and tiers rotation 6.99 no way .Very bad business . Business Better Business bureau will be happy .

On 5/18/2025, I brought my 2024 Toyota Corolla—purchased

On 5/18/2025, I brought my 2024 Toyota Corolla—purchased from this very dealership—for its first oil change. After the service, I drove home and parked the car. A little while later, I walked outside and noticed oil stains all over my driveway. Concerned, I got back in the car and saw a maintenance warning on the screen. It looked like they didn’t even bother to reset the oil change interval. I don’t remember seeing that message before the service, but either way, that should’ve been part of the job. Since it was a Sunday, I opened a chat on your website and explained the situation, stressing that someone needed to call me first thing Monday (5/19). When no one did, I followed up through chat again and was told—again—someone would be reaching out. Now it’s 11:40 a.m. and I’ve still heard nothing. I decided to call myself. I asked to speak with someone directly because this is my only vehicle, and I have important medical appointments. What happened next? I was transferred to a voicemail. It’s now midday. I’ll be updating this post as things progress. I’ve purchased many cars in my lifetime and I’ve never experienced anything like this. Maybe it’s a Florida thing—but if this is the level of service I should expect from Toyota here, that’s deeply disappointing. Let’s see how long it takes to fix a mistake your techs caused…. Edit:::: update it is now 445pm . No one has returned my numerous calls and messages. The oil still seems to be leaking. I have contacted Toyota corporate and filed a complaint. IF YOURE READING THIS AND LOOKING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS dealership … R…U…N. Imagine if they can’t perform a simple oil change, you really wanna trust these people??”! I guess Toyota Corporate will handle this (hopefully) TBC..

I am 73 years old, and the recent service experience at the Southern 441 Toyota dealership was probably the worst I have had in those many years of experience. I had made an appointment for the routine 20,000 mile maintenance and to have the brakes checked because it had been suggested at the last scheduled service appointment at a different dealership. I was told by the service rep that it would take 1-1/2 to 2 hours to complete the work, so I opted to wait. The regular servicing went like a charm, but the brake inspection revealed that I needed new rotors and brake pads on all four wheels. After an hour or two, I was told that they did not have the parts in stock, but they could have them delivered within an hour. I chose to wait. A couple of hours later I was told that the parts had arrived, but they had ordered the wrong size rotors for the rear wheels. The front brakes were repaired, but I would have to return the next day to have the rear brakes done. At that point I had been at the service center for 7-1/2 hours. I returned the next day after learning that they had the parts, but it still took 2-1/2 hours for them to change the rotors and pads on the rear brakes. Over the course of two days I spent a full 10 hours waiting for the work to be completed. In fairness, everybody working there was friendly and polite, and they did offer to ferry me to and from my home while the work was done, but this is the only car we have here, and I did not want to be stranded in a gated community without any transportation. The dealership also reduced the price of the work from about $1600 to about $1350. But I am still very unhappy with time it took to complete the work. I will try another dealership the next time the car needs attention.
