Initially the car seemed great.

Initially the car seemed great. I bought a 2007 porsche cayman, they said the only thing wrong was a stereo screen issue but all the buttons worked. That was true but what they didn't say was the all 9 speakers were blown and it needed a new water pump of which I found out 3 hours into my 10 hour drive home. I will never trust them ever again.

My wife and I were in the market to purchase my son a

My wife and I were in the market to purchase my son a pre-owned jeep, and we wanted something that was already fixed up so we found TCD. They had a great selection to choose from. Once we arrived at the dealership you could tell that this was going to be different than any other car buying experience we've had. Jack was first to introduce himself. He was not a fast-talking silver tongue devil like a "like i probably was" stereotypical car salesman that you might be used to. He was a quiet young man that spoke at the right time and when it was necessary. He listens to our wants and needs and never asked us to remind him over and over! It was a subtle character quality that he possessed, and I didn't think too much about it while we were there, but it was a refreshing quality Jack was very knowledge about the vehicle as well. The vehicle we were interested in was a new trade in, so it wasn't quite ready, so I tell you this to say the way the dealership as a whole jumped in to help get the vehicle sales floor ready, was awesome! You could tell that this wasn't their first rodeo! Next was Tina the GM this gal was on top of her game. Very sweet and accommodating but you could tell on the other side of that coin was a savvy tough businesswoman that was going to be fair but by no means going to be taken advantage of! She settled my early onset buyer's remorse that i could feel brewing with transparency. Mo finished up our car deal and was also the finance guy! I loved that cause once we came to an agreement, we shook hand and started banging out paperwork! Mo was an awesome dude very knowledgeable with all the different extended warranties packages which i never did until we bought our last used vehicle and needed to use it on the way home from the dealer. We were in and out in no time. Lastly the Owner Austin! how cool is it for the owner of the dealership to make himself available to his customers. He personally helped my wife and I with whatever we needed or questions we had. It was nice not to have to wait for a salesman to run ask the manager a question then run back with and answer! By the time he got back I probably had 3 or 4 more question to send him running back with! lol Austin was personable and kind! Which was a breath of fresh air this day in time. This was also after the dealership had closed on a Sat night! A few things that are small but can make or break a car deal is that they had fresh free hotdogs cooking all day with 5 or 6 different flavors of soda pop obviously coffee with one of those fancy coffee makes with different flavors of coffee and cappuccino, clean bathrooms and something as a parent and someone that used to sale cars they had a nice selection of boys and girls toys! if you've ever tried to purchase a car with a bored toddler forget about it! the salesman can feel the words we're going to have to come back without the kids. that's how the dealership down the street with toys just made your customer their latest car buyer! Shout out to Scot and Bryan as well! They weren't involved in my car deal but did a good job at making us feel welcome and at ease! Sorry about them Aggie's buddy! I would recommend #texascarone to any and every one that's in the market for a vehicle especially a young couple that might be first time buyers. These are good folks that i feel like i could trust sending anyone too. Thanks again TCO Brent & Erin Henry 2020 Jeep Wrangler unlimited freedom edition

In October of 2023, I bought a 2016 Chrysler Town &

In October of 2023, I bought a 2016 Chrysler Town & Country mini van that appeared to be in top condition. After driving off with it the 1st thing I noticed is that the horn only had the high tone working, had to have them fix it. About 2 months later it started leaking oil. It cost me over $1000 to fix. Soon after that my passenger door window regulator broke and the window dropped down into the door. That cost $600 to fix. After that the drivers side sliding door lock started buzzing every time I locked the doors and it turns out that the passenger's side door lock wasn't even locking at all. That cost a little over $1000 to fix. After that the key fab quit functioning and that cost me about $250 to replace. And then the driver's side door window regulator broke and the window dropped down into the door. That cost another $600 to fix. I've had the van 13 months and had to have spend $3500 to fix it. When I bought the van I also bought an extended warranty for which was $2000 and told that it covered drivetrain, electrical and various other items. It was a sham. I recommend when buying a vehicle for these people, take the vehicle to an outside mechanic and have them check it out before handing over any cash. Don't be suckered like I was!

They hid an emission issue

We bought a Jeep from this dealership in July 2022. Jeep looked great, service was friendly and we thought we got a good deal. Fast forward a month and the check engine light comes on with "gas cap" as the description. Bought a new gas cap, no change. Took the car in for a quick check, can't find anything wrong with it so we continue to drive it thinking it is a sensor issue. July of 2023 we need to get an inspection done and still can't get the check engine light to clear. Come to find out the light was manually cleared right around the time we bought the vehicle. We are dealing with a $3,000 problem to resolve an issue that would have never passed inspection. CROOKED! I'm not sure who they get to do their inspections but it should be illegal. Get the vehicle fully inspected and make sure they haven't cleared any engine lights before you put pen to paper.

Smooth Transaction

2014 Mustang GT found on CarFax site. Submitted information request and the dealership got in contact the next day. Bryan the salesperson was excellent in getting the transaction completed in a very concise no BS manner. We worked out all the shipping details quickly, the car arrived just as pictured, immaculate.
