Driven Auto of Oak Forest

I was looking for a 2022 Navigator and Driven Auto had the only one in a 300 mile radius for a competitive price. The pictures of the vehicle were excellent, so I requested more info and their salesman Basil got back with me. He was extremely helpful and even checked to see if I could reserve the vehicle since I was out of state and it was Saturday and couldn't get into the dealership until Monday. I scheduled a trip to the dealership and let Basil know. When I got to the dealership, the car was washed and ready for me. The detailing was top notch. Basil was helpful and not pushy at all. He answered any and all questions and worked with my bank to get the purchase finalized. When the paperwork was signed, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra things. I really appreciated that. Overall it was very pleasant experience and everything went smoothly. The price was very competitive across 3 states, and Basil was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I saw several reviews complain that Driven Auto didn't hold a car and sold it before they got there, so yes it really is first come first serve, but to me that is completely understandable and was communicated very clearly to me. 5 out of 5 would buy there again.

They sold the car from under me while I was on the way to buy it! The $1000 "Admin" fee is a scam. Your better off using that money to ship the car you want across the country. They will not work with you on the price. Salesmen are great but the "Finance Manager" is a real piece of work. I will not recommend this dealership to anybody

Had a great experience with James! Was very accommodating as an out of state buyer and I didn’t go through some of the stuff that you hear/read around in horror stories of other dealerships. Transaction was easy and (relatively) simple.

Unproffesional customer service and unprofessional mechanics. Got to get back to fix a few things they missed and they treat me like aperson who does not have any mechanical knowlege. They did not taken care on my issues. Will hire an attorney and see wgat is going to happen
