Dealership did not take care of my registration.
Dealership did not take care of my registration. I asked them for my money back so I could handle it myself they told me they could not give it back. They then said they would send me another temp plate and did not send it.

Honest Review – 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid LE (Driven Auto
Honest Review – 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid LE (Driven Auto of Oak Forest) I’m writing this review truthfully, with full documentation of my experience purchasing a 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid LE from Driven Auto of Oak Forest. I’m not here to defame anyone — only to share facts so future buyers can make informed decisions. Before signing, no one told me the car came with only one key. Most dealerships clearly state this, as two keys are the standard. I found out only after signing and leaving with the car. When I took it for a wash, multiple scratches appeared that had been hidden with polish or touch-up paint. The car looked perfect at delivery, but that shine disappeared the next day. The same day I bought it, I took it to a mechanic for inspection. Some pending hybrid system codes appeared — not active, but concerning. Later, Toyota’s official dealership gave me a $4,500 repair estimate for mechanical issues never mentioned before sale. When I took that report back to Driven Auto, instead of addressing it professionally, I was met with aggression. A man not part of my deal came out and said, “You don’t know how we deal things here; you better take your car and get away.” Several staff members started shouting. I stayed calm and respectful throughout. They eventually replaced only the brake rotors and pads, which were causing vibration, but ignored all other documented issues. I have the full Toyota report and dated records of every visit and call. Driven Auto also adds a $995 “admin fee”. It adds almost $1,000 for no real value — no inspection, no proper service, and no transparency. During paperwork, I was even told, “You are undeserving for this APR,” which was disrespectful. They also use pressure tactics — for example, having someone walk in pretending another buyer wants the same car to rush you into signing. Their detailing team is good — cars look clean and shiny — but that’s just appearance. The so-called multi-point inspection is questionable; Toyota’s check revealed real problems within days. To be fair, they did help me get a low APR and sold me an extended warranty at a cheaper rate. But the overall experience lacked transparency, honesty, and professionalism once payment was made. My advice to future buyers: 1️⃣ Do not agree to the $995 admin fee — it adds no value. 2️⃣ Confirm in writing how many keys you’ll get. 3️⃣ Always take the car to an official dealership for a pre-purchase inspection. 4️⃣ Don’t rely on their inspection reports — verify everything yourself. 5️⃣ Stay calm but firm; don’t let anyone pressure or intimidate you. 6️⃣ Document all calls, visits, and statements for your own protection. In the end, I left this dealership feeling deeply frustrated and disappointed. They hid facts, used pressure tactics, added a fake $995 “admin fee,” sold me a car with hidden scratches, and never mentioned the mechanical issues Toyota later found worth $4,500. They pretended to offer a great deal but covered problems with polish, hid the missing key detail until after signing, and tried to intimidate me when I raised valid concerns. Their so-called “multi-point inspection” means nothing — it’s just a sales line. Once the money is taken, their friendly tone disappears, and you’re treated with disrespect. I say this with complete honesty — these are not mistakes, they are patterns. They rely on rushed paperwork, emotional pressure, and fear tactics to trap buyers. I genuinely hope no one else goes through this and that the management does what’s right — return my $995 admin fee and start treating customers with honesty and dignity.

All our vehicles are properly labeled on our website in the event there is a historical event that took place that would affect the value or title of the vehicle. Thankfully we have been in business long enough to ensure that our vehicles are properly advertised and our customers are educated on the full history of the vehicles they inquired about.
I stopped by here to look at the GTI.
I stopped by here to look at the GTI... for one they don't allow test drives unless you are about to buy the car... they also don't budge on the price at all. It seems they don't like people that are American for some reason... just a sketchy strange place. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Over priced cars all around.

Firstly, we are all American here and proud to be! Second - we do not allow test drives of showroom vehicles especially when the offer you presented was unserious and unrealistic.
I just got a 2021 Toyota Sienna from driven auto even
I just got a 2021 Toyota Sienna from driven auto even though I live in Minnesota. Comparing the price it’s about 4-5k less from where I live which was concern me about the quality of the car. Big thank you to Basil for helping me testing out the car and the honest feedback, the car is in excellent condition 10 out of 10. Also to Jim doing a great job answering all my questions financing the car, and have it shipped to me earlier than I expected. I definitely going to get another car from here.

I was looking for a 2022 Navigator and Driven Auto had
I was looking for a 2022 Navigator and Driven Auto had the only one in a 300 mile radius for a competitive price. The pictures of the vehicle were excellent, so I requested more info and their salesman Basil got back with me. He was extremely helpful and even checked to see if I could reserve the vehicle since I was out of state and it was Saturday and couldn't get into the dealership until Monday. I scheduled a trip to the dealership and let Basil know. When I got to the dealership, the car was washed and ready for me. The detailing was top notch. Basil was helpful and not pushy at all. He answered any and all questions and worked with my bank to get the purchase finalized. When the paperwork was signed, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra things. I really appreciated that. Overall it was very pleasant experience and everything went smoothly. The price was very competitive across 3 states, and Basil was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I saw several reviews complain that Driven Auto didn't hold a car and sold it before they got there, so yes it really is first come first serve, but to me that is completely understandable and was communicated very clearly to me. 5 out of 5 would buy there again.

I recently purchased a Tesla Model 3 and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Bahaa was exceptional from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always made me feel comfortable. He answered all of my questions with honesty and clarity, ensuring I understood every detail of the process. Even though I was buying from out of state, he made the whole transaction seamless. My Model 3 is exactly what I was hoping for, and I can't recommend Bahaa enough for anyone looking to buy a car!

They sold the car from under me while I was on the way to
They sold the car from under me while I was on the way to buy it! The $1000 "Admin" fee is a scam. Your better off using that money to ship the car you want across the country. They will not work with you on the price. Salesmen are great but the "Finance Manager" is a real piece of work. I will not recommend this dealership to anybody
