The car they had listed was not the correct car. Advertised as a Nissan Rogue, it was Nissan Qashqai when I arrived for the test drive. The salesman seemed very confused and not very knowledgeable.

The whole Crew here was pleasant to work with. Definitely loved the cool environment and was referred by someone local (Trenton T.) and I’m glad I took his advice. Andy was my salesman and he made the buying experience wonderful. And the rest of the interactions I had were awesome!

After taking a week to diagnose a common issue for my truck it then took them 4 entire days to put my truck back together after having the actual mechanic tell me he has done it plenty of times and can have it done in a few hours. So finally after 2 and half weeks without my truck (a few days to wait on warranty approval and parts) and being told day after day it would definitely be done tomorrow I was finally able to pick it up only to have multiple pieces of trim sitting in my back seat instead of being installed where it goes, other trim pieces not completely installed, my hood left open, a check engine light on, a service trailer brake light on, and wiring hanging under the dash that should probably be plugged into something. But they were nice enough to use the 1/4 tank of gas that was left in the tank and wash the truck for me since it sat for so long so I guess I should be happy with their service.

Jason and the whole team here are rock solid, and stand up men of the auto world. I have sold them two vehicles, and purchased one, on top of recommending several people to them. Which I will continue to do! Don’t go anywhere else, these guys are the highest standard in west Michigan! 10/10

I visited xtreme auto on Friday found the perfect car for I and my family! I told the finance dept I wanted to finance guy that want to go through my own bank! Fine he says we will hold it for a week ! I called to give him my bank email address to finish the deal on Monday ! And not telling me the truth the sold the car! I am so angry that people don’t care about other people! And my young salesman still lives with his parents ! And he’s being thought to lie! Shame on you people!

I couldn't ask for any better service. RJ was great in helping pick wheel and tires. Milt kept me informed as things were progressing I'd recommend extreme.

Only place I trust to get all my work done. Tinted windows, tires, sub woofer, rain shield on moon roof. This place is the cats MEOW THE OWNER IS AWESOME.

My husband & I had been looking for a SUV and saw a Chevy Tahoe at Xtreme on a Sunday afternoon. I had sent a email requesting more information and heard back first thing Monday morning. Our questions were answered and we set up a time to test drive. While we were there we noticed one spot that we asked about. With not hesitation Laura said they could get it into the body shop to be corrected either before we picked it up or they could schedule something later if we wanted to take it home sooner. I was working out of town for work so they ended up getting it into the body shop the next day. While I was out of town I was sent pictures of the body work and we picked it up that weekend! It's the perfect vehicle and the process was seamless! We will definitely be recommending Xtreme to family & friends! :)

I had been to 3 or 4 lots prior to coming to Xtreme and never felt comfortable with any of the staff or managers. Brian and Laura at Xtreme were different. They actually listened to our concerns and found the perfect truck for our needs. We always name our vehicles and have decided to name our Big Blue Dodge Dakota Ram Horn......Laura. Sorry Brian. I found the perfect lifted Ford F-150 on their website. I called and asked if I could come and see it the next day. I arrived early the next morning right when they opened and they had it waiting for me out front ready to go. They told me to take it for a test drive for however long I wanted. I fell in love with the truck...after that everything was just so simple for the buying process. I was out the door and on my way home with no issues. I highly recommend buying anything from this dealership, you will not be disappointed! Thank you!
