I had an appointment for a software update along with 3 other recalls for april 11 My truck wouldn't start a few days prior to the 11 I called and spoke to the service person Suresh that told me he could not find the file and to have it towed in then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the receptionist I believe her name was Karen she was friendly and was able find my appoinment and then put me back to Suresh again he seemed confused about the appointment and rude he ended up telling me to take it to another dealership after the tow truck was on its way. once the tow truck got it there after telling me to get it towed the first time they told the truck driver to take it somewhare else. It was taken to Town Centre Chrysler dodge Jeep. Jim over there in service was able to take it and deal with the problem with out incidence this is the second time taking it there service here is good and done quickly. I will be getting all my service work done at Town centre Chrysler in the future

We walk out happy everytime we come to see Bala. This is our third purchase from Bala and everytime he finds exactly what we want. Bala asked me what i wanted when i got my car and i asked for a BIG RED BOW, you better believe he went through hell and back to get me my red bow!!
