My wife and I are from the Topeka area. Getting to the dealership was very easy. We were met at the door by Rob Weiner. Rob was very attentive to our desires in looking at various cars. He made the car buying process extremely easy. Rob has great interpersonal skills. The entire staff at Honda of Olathe was professional and courteous. Would we drive to Olathe to buy another car at Honda of Olathe? YES, we would. Especially if we got to work with Rob again!

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with.
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Attempted to rip me off for service. Acted dumbfounded and Treated me like an idiot for taking my Chevrolet to the dealership I BOUGHT IT FROM! No customer service what-so-ever even though I bought the car there. Sold me a car that the catalytic converter broke within less than a year. State Farm won't even work with them because they're not a trusting automotive shop. Their advisors couldn't advise their xxx from their elbow. Waiving a minuscule estimate fee for an over diagnosis was not worth the distress and time wasted with this place. WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THERE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF, IGNORE YOU AND TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY.

I had the best possible experience at Honda of Olathe, and I wish I had known about them sooner. It would have saved me so much time and hassle with other dealerships. From start to finish, the entire team was transparent, warm, and trustworthy—truly a breath of fresh air in the car buying world. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I never once felt pressured. Sean, the General Manager, personally checked in with me throughout the entire process, which really showed how much they care about their customers. Karold went above and beyond answering all of my questions (and then some), making sure I was completely comfortable with everything. And Rob handled the paperwork seamlessly while also taking the time to walk me through every feature on my new car so I could drive away with confidence. I absolutely love my car, and if I had to do it all over again, I’d start (and finish) right here with Honda of Olathe. This is a dealership you can truly trust!
