I had an excellent experience at McGovern GMC Westborough. Ben, my salesman, was fantastic—he was helpful, never pushy, and kept great communication throughout the process. He really listened to what I wanted, respected my budget, and even took the time to get to know me while sharing a bit about himself, which made the experience feel personal and comfortable. Omar in finance was just as great—super friendly, honest, and transparent about everything. The dealership itself was clean, well-maintained, and in a very convenient location. Overall, the entire process was stress-free and enjoyable. I’d highly recommend them!

I went in optimistic, expecting to be treated fairly and

I went in optimistic, expecting to be treated fairly and believing the dealership and salesman would value earning a customer’s trust and future business. I purchased a 2024 GMC Canyon AT4 with 3,209 miles—practically new. I had actually passed on a better deal at Imperial Toyota for the same truck with more options because I didn’t appreciate the attitude of their salesperson. After negotiating and agreeing to the deal, I signed the paperwork. However, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle—driving 30 miles from my home—I found several issues. The inspection sticker hadn't been done, and the interior was riddled with stains. When I pointed this out, my salesperson assured me it would be detailed properly, telling me not to worry. The biggest issue, though, was that the salesman failed to mention the vehicle came with only one key fob. I assumed, given the vehicle’s low mileage and the fact that I was buying from a GMC dealership, it would come with two keys. When I asked about the second key at pickup, I was told there wasn’t one—no apology, no offer to make it right. I asked them to provide a second key, thinking it would be the right thing to do for both the brand and the dealership’s reputation, but I was basically told to pound sand. Would I go back there? Absolutely not. Would I recommend them to family or friends? Definitely not—and I will be sure to share my experience with their sales team.
