Great place to buy

Started looking online. Management reached out without feeling pushed. Sales person knew his inventory and was really great to work with. Very friendly. We are very satisfied with the sales person, the manager and the finance guy! Great all around! Will be back

Edwards Chrysler was very prompt and efficient in getting a new window ordered for me and installed. Provided alternate transportation which was very convenient for me as well.

Garbage Company

Garbage company. They will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to complete a sale. They will cover up things on the car in an effort to not have to fix it themselves before selling it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from all Edwards dealerships.

Not a good experience

The customer service experience I received in the service department was not what I expected? The woman was just rude to put it lightly? She was snobbish, and her customer service skills were horrible! I took my car In for some recall things to get done in advance, and was told by the person on the phone they could give me a loaner until my car was done which was wonderful, and she was really nice, but when I got there the lady said oh well that was customer service, and I don’t know if we have one today available, and rudely walked away? Then she came back and said it was my lucky day there’s one left, I thought to myself wow you’re so rude? Then when I brought it back I never really drove it, but she rudely walked around the vehicle, and rudely looked at me, after inspection and I thought lady I drove it barely, what is wrong with you, because she almost gave me an eye roll when I looked at her? After driving the loaner I was thinking about coming to this place later on to buy a vehicle, but after just my brief encounter with the service department, no thank you!
