Thanks for all your help Javier! Javier Cornell was extremely pleasant and helpful. Whatever we needed or if we had any questions, he was there. And even though we did not purchase a car at Ricart, we will certainly direct anyone we know who is in the market for a new car to the Ricart dealership. And specifically to Javier! Way to go! Keep up the good work!

Sales People were perfect what they can be.
Sales People were perfect what they can be. They brought nice cars of my color and explained all available features and showed them in working. A person with numbers came after this, could not explain the math of leasing / financing. So i did not think that I would be paying the right amount. I understand the math behind lease and loan. If there is nothing to hide, I can explain extremely well, which can result in sale to people like me.

Bought my first ever new car at Ricart several years ago.
Bought my first ever new car at Ricart several years ago...at age 60! Am on car number 3 now. I will not go anywhere except Ricart now. We have taken our vehicles in for regular service checks and have occasionally had something very minor wrong, like a loose battery cable wire once and they could have told us it was something serious but did not! They are honest and the service advisors are very helpful. My husband recently passed away and he always took our cars in. Now that I have to do things on my own, they have been very helpful and fully explain things to me. Had car in for service on 6/26/25, also purchased this car there, however was a couple of years ago so I don't remember the names of sales and finance people to rate but they would get 5 stars ! Was very happy. If you have to wait on your car they have exceptional waiting areas. Thank you Ricart!

You have a question they will never answer the phones unless they call you with bad news and then they want more money..Absolutely, terrible place to take your car for repairs...Go somewhere else or you will regret it

Second car leased from Ricart within 10 months.
Second car leased from Ricart within 10 months. Staff was friendly, no pressure, and very happy with the first lease. Very satisfied with the deal and the entire process. Case is very easy to deal with. Followed-up well and was patient and prompt during the entire process. During the post sales, both Mya and Andrew were great to deal with during the paperwork process. Also a nod to Sean Johnson in sales for answering some questions and again, another positive attitude.

When car shopping I expect the sales associates to
When car shopping I expect the sales associates to educate me regarding a vehicles features and equipment. I'm an extremely uncomplicated car shopper. I usually come in well prepared including mentioning features I desire to have and features I can do without. I expect to be told accurate information! Especially when I asked not once but at least 20 times if said vehicle has ALL of the EXACT same safety features as the vehicle I'm turning in. I even called out the required features by specific name. I was told yes many times. As a consumer I can't possibly know all of the features on all of the new vehicles between each model and trim level. I expect the sales associates to know this information and to provide me with accurate answers. Furthermore the staff presented me with two extremely compelling choices: a Kona Limited and a Sportage PHEV. They knew I loved both options so much that I was about to just flip a coin to decide between the two as the monthly payment was identical. They had every opportunity in the world to inform me that the Kona DOES have the features I wanted but the Sportage does NOT. My choice would have been made on ACCURATE details. Instead because I was given INACCURATE information I went with the Sportage. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that doesn't have what I was told it would. Heartbroken and livid.

I brought my Kia Sedona in for an extended warranty
I brought my Kia Sedona in for an extended warranty repair that was sent out from Kia America. It has been over a month and they still have not started on my van (brought it in on 6/24/24) The service manager said that they were waiting to hear back from the district manager to get the okay to start on the work. This past Wed he finally said he would skip the district manager and submit the claim to Kia which I believe should have been done in the first place.

We brought two cars (Honda and Kia) for winterizing
We brought two cars (Honda and Kia) for winterizing service and 99 point inspection and refill of fluids on (19 Dec 23). We had just moved to Ohio from California. We checked to ensure that the coolant change oil change and 99 point inspection had been completed. Coolant was drained but had little to no coolant in the overflow bottles. None of the fluid levels were checked as many were nearly empty, For Example in my Kia there was no brake fluid in the bottle. The windshield washer in both cars had no fluid in them. We had to take both cars in for a second service attempt. The customer service reps were extremely courteous, The maintenance non-completion was the problem. The second day visit the mechanics completed the work I don't think I could trust them again. We were really disappointed in both maintenance personnel. Both mechanics did not complete the fluid top offs. The finance department also put the wrong zip code on our service invoice. We would not recommend Ricart Kia maintenance department to anyone.

It’s ok
I love my 2022 K5 and everyone was very nice but there have been a couple hiccups. I purchased dent and paint warranty but when I took my car in for a dent I was told they couldn’t cover it and ordered me a paint pin. So that’s thousands of dollars for no reason. I took my car in because my car sometimes stall and they service girl pretty much told me that I have to wait for my car to break down to see what’s wrong and then I asked about my tire warranty I was told they don’t do that but perilli told me they should because they sold the tires. I just left
