Horrible experience with Daron and staff. He is a liar! He sold a car that their dealership made an appointment with me to purchase. When I walked in at my 10 am appointment time, they were selling the car to another couple right in front of me! They didn’t care I had an appointment, he says first come first serve!! The appointment was made specifically for me to purchase the car! I wasn’t even financing, I had the money in my bank account to purchase!

Not a great experience. Originally would not let me use my financing then lied to me and told me the car was sold even though I had an appointment set. 2 days later I was called and said the vehicle is available again. Purchased vehicle and was originally told panel could be repaired and then was told with vehicles over 80k miles they don’t repair the same as others. There was a previous repair to the passenger fender that was not done right. The day I purchased taillight was out on same side as damage. Had to get that fixed and then went to car wash and water pour in front windshield. Waiting to get that fixed. Also going to have to take vehicle to body shop and pay for the repairs that echo park would not do on my own. Also got the car on empty when I purchased and the manager would only put half a tank of gas even though I have had issues from the beginning. Would not recommend. Only person that seemed like she cared was Katee everyone else I spoke with did not. They give you a 250 mile 7 day return policy which is not enough time to find everything that is wrong with the vehicle. Even through it supposedly went through a thorough inspection. Buyer beware.

I traveled all the way from Killeen. Peter and Daron the Sales Manager were awesome. Excellent customer service and they were extremely helpful. I highly recommend anyone searching for a vehicle to see Peter. Everyone in this location were polite.

Bought an SUV. Car had trouble as soon as I drove it off the lot. Jorge from customer care was VERY professional (not southern hospitality xx., more East coast/West coast hospitality) Basically, he did what was necessary to get my fixed asap cause we were leaving for road trip a week later! Didn't make me feel bad, took responsibility as the dealership. Diagnosed issues...found more issues and fixed those too! Good turn around time. Went on a summer road trip and made life-long-memories that would not have happened, were it not for this guy, Jorge L. Guest Care Agent Echo Park. Car works great ever since (1 year later). Car came with dealer warranty for 30 days, was worth it, so is their post purchase care team, well at least this guy 💕 . Thanks Jorge

I sold my vehicle and Stacey was the one that helped me From start to end. She was very professional and so nice to work with. She kept me informed step by step during the entire process. Great sense of humor!! She was amazing!! Place was clean and everyone was very polite.

Excellent service, great inventory, friendly staff, and smooth buying process. I don't know why more car dealerships don't move to this model. No haggling, no surprise fees, and no pressure to add on extra gimmicks. Everybody goes home happy. Highly recommend EchoPark for your next used car purchase.

It was one of the smoothest car purchases I have ever done. Peter was amazing, and the car was exactly as described and pictured on the internet. This was my SECOND car purchased from EchoPark, and it was as good as the first.... No haggle, No Hassle... the car is perfect... you know the price...no waiting all dang day to go back and forth with "the manager" doing "figures"... and 8 hours later you leave unhappy...etc etc.... I showed up, Peter had the car ready... it looked amazing... and he walked us thru the easy purchase... Financing and All... the numbers were exactly as discussed before we arrived... I was comfortable for the entire purchase... and more importantly, even 3 days later, I STILL feel like they treated me fairly... someday i will will buy my 3rd car there... I brought my daughter in to look at a new car. Katee went above and beyond with her customer service. She showed us the car we came in for. It wasn't quite what my daughter had hoped. After a few questions about what we were wanting in a vehicle, Katee brought out the unicorn my daughter wanted. Katee was warm and welcoming from the start. Her upbeat attitude with absolutely no pressure to buy a car is such a nice and welcoming change in the car buying process.

Jessica and Daron were great to work with. Both patient, and understanding when it came to my preference with finance. Also got me the best trade offer for my trade in. Definitely returning when ready to get a new vehicle. Everything was quick as well start to finish took about 3 hours.Thank you we love the R/T!!!!!
