Do better Subaru!

Do better Subaru!! My vehicle was quoted a trade in price of 14,000. That's a joke. I am the only owner, it has 25,000 miles on it and Subaru stated "well the tires are at 50%".. that's all you see WRONG in my car. Pat was very pushy and arrogant to the point I wanted to run out of there. Do better!!! I will definitely go elsewhere. Their Subaru calculator was a joke. It quoted the LOW end of my vehicle at 18,500 and the high at 22,000. 14,000 is an insulting number. And the KBB amount as 17,500 at the lowest end. Not today or even tomorrow Subaru, forget my information.

Thank you for your feedback. We shared with you that you entered the incorrect trim level for your vehicle when rating the car online. Also, the VIN number was not provided to correct that information. I am sorry that we are still unable to earn your business but we did take steps to ensure that the trade in evaluator was operating as it should.

They, Subaru, had my vehicle and their salesman doing the wear and tear review of the car was comical because he asked if the car was AWD.. you're in the car business!! so saying the VIN number was not present was absurd. my vehicle was there!!! and i entered the VIN with KBB. and the Subaru manager saying that i knew my ex finance, who overdosed, so if i could kindly take my review down because 2 hours after i complained he went from 14,000 to 17,000. no, that's just not great on a personal or professional level.

Our overall experience was exceptional!

Our overall experience was exceptional! Joe Gonda, our salesman was terrific. He listened to what our needs were in a vehicle, showed us several Subaru vehicles and pointed out the differences in each one. Our choice of the Forester met all of our needs.

He will go after the best deal for you, he will try his best to answer any question you have. I walked away with a smile on my face driving my new vehicle.
