Stopped by for my first oil change without an

Stopped by for my first oil change without an appointment. Told it would be around an hour to hour and 15 minutes. They were done in 45 minutes including me asking for the catch can and oil cooler to be drained. That is listening to the customer!

Breaking down 1500 miles from home is never fun, After

Breaking down 1500 miles from home is never fun, After the part was delivered, they went out of their way to get it put in and got me back on the road. Johnny always returned answered the phone every time i called/text to let me know the status of the job. Thanks Again!! PS. Made it home with no problems.

Great service Dept team esp.

Great service Dept team esp. HENRY. Very spacious and cozy lounge area with coffee and snacks. Team caught leaking water pump under warranty and got me back on road in a timely manner. I live in another state but choose this dealership when in town as above par to others.

I've had terrible experiences with a previous Earnhardt

I've had terrible experiences with a previous Earnhardt dealership. But, I racked it up to management, not ownership. So, tried QC after my last bad experience elsewhere. Jonathon and Jeff have been SUPERB!!!! We had one little glitch with a typo for my warranty. But, Jeff and staff got it fixed in a jiffy. Also, a business trip got delayed due to my trouble, and Jeff moved heaven and earth to get me to my appointment with only a minor rescheduling requirement. In all cases, this team has been pleasant, capable, communicative, and effective. THANK YOU!!!!!

If you are in need of a new or used vehicle ask for Mike Jackson! Our car suddenly stopped working and it was permanently broken. We were in a jam because we needed at least one car to share to get to work. Mike was able to get us not one but two vehicles by the same afternoon after telling him our situation just that morning. He is amazing and he helped my family in so many ways. Thank you Mike! I highly recommend this dealership and Mike for your vehicle needs.

Great customer SERVICE work Joe Wilson was my service advisor did an excellent job Have been there 3 times while traveling around the USA touring. I wish sometimes I was closer when I needed preventative maintenance but not always possible. Beverages provided. And the text you with updates while you wait and stop by to keep you informed of the progress of your vehicle.
