We were very happy with our experience buying a new car. We worked with Kyle Halter on choosing a new vehicle. We told him what we were looking for and helped us find what we wanted. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions and our third visit we purchased a Forster. Finalizing the purchase with Zachary Eberhardt was an easy and efficient process. If we were to buy another car we would work with both of these guys again.

A dangerous tire separation occurred on a busy highway
A dangerous tire separation occurred on a busy highway just before Christmas with small children in the car. At only 20,000 miles and roughly half the tire life remaining, Subaru requires that I replace all four tires due to AWD system requirements intended to protect the transmission and center differential. Subaru of America ultimately agreed to cover the vehicle body damage only as a goodwill gesture, not as a safety issue. Despite this, the dealer stated they were not aware the repairs had been approved, and my vehicle has now been held for nearly a month with no clear communication or release. After four new Subarus in a row, this will be my last.

I was on long road trip, a service was due( covered by my
I was on long road trip, a service was due( covered by my out of state warranty, which I had to be aggressive to get them to honor) they changed the oil and rotated. The tires told me they broke off two or three lug nuts they replaced them. It was the end of the day they gave me my automobile back and it made a loud scraping noise. I took it back to them without even leaving the parking lot the mechanic walks out with the service manager present, takes a crowbar in between the spokes in the wheel and hit something,(I wish I would’ve video take this again. The service manager was standing right there.) I assume the dust cover and it’s been aggravating ever since (yes I did drive it back to Florida like that, but high speed. I didn’t know it , that was on Friday the next day Saturday I buried my brother in Kimberly city Missouri)I’m in Florida now my home Subaru dealership is trying to correct it. Subaru is a well engineered automobile i’m pleased with the vehicle. I have 123,000 miles on this 2017 outback and still very pleased with the vehicle, just didn’t have a good experience at this dealership, too much information? Lol.db

Bate and switch car lot.
Bate and switch car lot. Showed one price on internet and in the office it was 2000 more. Also had over 5000 in add on over advertised price. Took my keys and would not give them back. Had to ask over 10 times to receive my keys so I could leave. Will never step foot on this dealership again.
