If I could give this place a Zero I would! My husband went in looking for a truck, got approved and stated the process. He put money down, the dealership ends up “loosing the key.” We went back at the end of the week to get the truck, still no key and on top of that we were told the bank no longer wanted to do business because the paperwork wasn’t signed in time. They are dumb to think we are going to sign papers for a truck we don’t even have the key for! Anthony could have done a way better job at communicating knowing we live 4 hours away. All they want to do is take peoples money, and give out horrible cars to people. Sussy Sanchez was absolutely rude when we went in to speak to her about what happened. NEVER GET A CAR FROM HERE! Save yourself a horrible experience and go somewhere else!

This is a warning ⚠️ to all buyers go anywhere else but here STAY AWAY from New Wave Auto brokers and Nick dominecio's yoyo sales I've had to hire an attorney WITHIN THE FIRST TWO MONTHS THEY MESSED UP PAPERWORK SO THE CONTRACT WAS REASSIGNED BACK TO THEM THEY AGREED TO CONTINUE THE CONTRACT AS IT WAS WITH THE BANK THEY COLLECTED SIX PAYMENTS AND THEN REPOSSESSED THE VEHICLE ON NOVEMBER 25TH BECAUSE MY REGULAR PAYMENTS ARE ON THE 23RD THEY WERE CLOSED DUE TO THANKSGIVING I SPOKE TO THE OWNER NICK DOMINICIO HE TOLD ME THEY WERE CLOSED SO HE DID NOT ACCOMMODATE MY PAYMENT THAT DAY I CALLED ON THE 24TH NONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES KNOW WHAT KIND OF DEAL WE GOT GOING ON SO THEY ADVISED ME TO CALL BACK WHEN NICK DOMINICIA WAS IN OFFICE ON MY WIFE CALLED THE VERY NEXT DAY TO MAKE THE PAYMENT THEY DID NOT ACCEPT IT ONLY TO FIND OUT WHEN WE GOT HOME THE VEHICLE HAD ALREADY BEEN REPOSSESSED (THIS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM IF THEY HAD FOUND ME FINANCING ELSEWHERE OR AT LEAST ACCOMMODATE THE FORM OF PAYMENTS SO THAT WHEN I GET OFF OF WORK BY THE TIME YOU GUYS CLOSE I CAN STILL MAKE MY PAYMENT ONLINE BUT THEY FAILED IN EVERY ASPECT NOT JUST THIS THERE IS MUCH MORE THEY TRY CHARGING ME $1,000 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION IT'S ALL IN THE SCREENSHOTS worst experience ever just look at the screenshots

Brianna was very helpful throughout the entire process go with her whenever you go made the process very smooth. Only took a couple hours and left with my car the same day thank you so much Brianna

Was BS from the beginning acted as if they didn’t want to help. Brianna has a nasty attitude and is arrogant says she’ll call you and don’t have to call her to find out what’s going on and those who say she works hard to get you into a car LIED she doesn’t nothing at all this place is full of xxxx and so is she!! Stay away from here unless you want to buy cars that have been in accidents.

They are the worst car place in the world. They will not even come pick up my car that I was financing. I have a back surgery and they refuse to come get it. They took a vantage of me because I’m disabled and I can’t read help me sign paperwork. I didn’t know what I was signing and I just want my down payment back

I bought a truck and thought it was wonderful, until I took it to my mechanic . He called me and told me I needed to return the truck right away, and that the truck was very unsafe to drive. Turns out the whole frame was ready to snap in half. It clearly states when you go in that the vehicles are inspected and safe. Its been 10 days now and they will not help me with the loan company. So that means I still have to make the payments and The Wave dealership is not helping to let the loan company they have full position of the vehicle. So therefore I can not purchase another vehicle elsewhere. Do not go here. Its a scam!!

Be aware of this dealer. I bought a truck, found many things wrong after buying. They said it was my fault. Spent over 5000 to have it repaired. Very shady dealer. Won’t fix repairs or take care of things. I would not buy from this dealer.

I stopped in to check out some cars and Alec helped me out a bunch. Very honest, nice and personable. I didn't end up buying anything, but he was just so friendly I had to leave a review to let others know. Ask for Alec.

My husband and I purchased a car through this dealer last wendsday. We were told the bank approved the loan. We gave them 1500 dollars down. This last wendsday the Car lot called and said to return the car because the income wasn't able to be verified although my husband's employer verified all the in formation. Because my husband was working really far We would not make it to the lot by the time it closed. The Carlos would not pick the car up they told us to drop the car off on Friday we agreed. At 130am on Thursday morning to our surprise a a tow truck picked up the vehical. The tow company was 5280 asset recovery, they were so unprofessional holding up he badge telling us we can't get our item out of the vehical. We called the police because it was a total disturbance on private property. The tow company was cursing at my minor kids and tell us we were poor. Today we go to the Carlos to get a total refund of our 1500 down payment and the tell us we can't get our money because there's no signer. We want our money back. They have the car, all of our work and personal belonging, and our money. They are refusing and holding on tour money. This is illegal they breached a contract and have position of thing that don't belong to them. We have conated an attorney for a scam auto sale.
