Stay away from this place they're are nothing but liars especially vinny all he does is lie just to make a sell I bought a 2013 bmw 328 I from this place thinking that every thing would work out well a week later after purchasing this vehicle the rear windows stop working out of nowhere so I attempted to contacted Vinny and told him what was going on he never responded back to me so I contacted the bank and told them what was going on they told me to return the vehicle 5 minutes after getting off the phone with the bank vinny calls me saying that there will be a repo on my credit it I don't call the bank back and tell them everything's been worked out addition to that he stated that they will get the windows fixed after I call the bank back and tell them everything's is squred away well after doing that vinny or his manager hasn't called me back to get my windows fixed left plenty of voicemails and text after the deal went through they pretty muched told me to screw myself please shop around there are better dealerships out there who cares about the costumers the way vinny lies to people is natural there should be some type of consequence for that

Unresponsive
I am in another state, so contacted dealership twice through internet form and called every day for 3 days, simply asking to be emailed a price quote. Had to give contact info and request over and over (i.E. No record). No email response at all except a canned autoreply from a "DO NOT REPLY" address. Phone is answered by a very professional and polite answering service. They were a joy to talk to every day, but apparently utterly powerless to connect with sales people. I asked to be connected with GM or owner to no avail. Personnel are isolated behind firewall with no way to make contact and do not respond to inquiries. Maybe they just want to get you onto their lot to apply the sales pressure? Very sketchy. Waste of time.

Excellent customer service
I needed a car but was not sure what was going to be approved for me. All staff was wonderful. They made the process fast and easy. Would highly recommend them ππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌ
