Purchases a 2008 Jeep with 39,237 miles.

Purchases a 2008 Jeep with 39,237 miles. Had a good experience with the Dealer, but after driving the car 100 miles and it leaking oil in my driveway. I contacted them and they refused to do anything about it. The repair cost $580 and they said they could NOT do anything. It seems like a Mercedes Dealer should stand behind their vehicles for at least two week!!! Very disappointed with the response!!

Maintenance Nightmare

We purchased our Mercedes 3 years ago from Elite, the salespeople were fine. However, they have charges us over $6,000 in regular maintenance in that same 3 years. Our last bill was $170 to clean out our cigarette lighter. They do not verify costs before the service and find everything they can possibly charge for.

Best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car!

I recently bought a car from Elite Automotive Group. Kenton Ice was the sales consultant who sold me my WONDERFUL, FAVORITE CAR I’VE EVER OWNED! I described what I wanted and he directed me to an A220 4matic. He asked me if I’d like to drive it. I did and didn’t even test drive anything else! Kenton never once made me feel pressured. In fact, buying this car was the most pleasant, easiest experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Kenton knew the product and answered all my questions. Michael Jordan was very pleasant to work with too. I highly recommend this dealership.
