I was shocked by the $ 10,000.00 addendum tacked on to the MSRP price which was revealed to me only after I said I wanted to purchase the car. Cesar Zavala smoothed the way to reach a more realistic and fair price close to the MSRP that made this deal possible. Cezar was a great salesman and communicator and the entire experience after the initial shock was truly exceptional.
