Don't trust GM Motors
Don't buy your van here! I came from out-of-state to purchase a diesel Sprinter van. Within 100 miles the "oil" light went on. I called the dealership and they said it was just too full-to continue driving it. A few hundred miles further I got a "check engine" light and low acceleration. The dealership recommended I stop at an AutoZone for an analysis. A local Mercedes mechanic recommended I nurse it home and get it fixed locally. The repairs were over $5,000. When I contacted the dealership, they referred to a service receipt I had been furnished showing recent repairs and said "Oh, they should have fixed that. Didn't they?" They have not been willing to work with me at all on these exorbitant repair charges on a vehicle they represented as being in great shape.
