Paige made our process to purchase our new vehicle very enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable & full of charisma. George in finance was very informative on the warranty and completed our great experience. However ,the used car manager that day Jack was very rude and unprofessional to my husband after the vehicle was purchased . We would have walked away from the deal if we would have met him first, thankfully for Paige we didn't . We love our vehicle, Paige deserves a promotion !

I am so lucky that I when to #1 Cochran Nissan West Hills to lease my first car!! I am 21 year old college student who also works full time, so it is imperative that I have a safe and reliable vehicle. Not only did this dealership find me the PERFECT car but they also kept it within my price range. Dustin Davis was UNBELIEVABLE! He was so loyal and dedicated to finding me the best car for the best price. He was so willing to get me the best deal possible. I will always recommend someone to go see him! I also worked with George Mascio and Paul Slinger. Both of these employees made sure that I knew exactly about everything that I was getting in my lease. They wanted to assure me I understood everything that was in the fine print! Finally, I work with Jack Molitoris. He was the one who made sure I was getting the most for my vehicle that I was trading in. I have been looking for a Mini Cooper for about 3 months. I was lucky to have found the best one I’ve seen at #1 Cochran West Hills Nissan. The staff here was beyond helpful. I thought that car shopping was a bad experience then I found this dealership. I got the best deal because the staff really works with you! You won’t be disappointed if you buy from them. Justin, Jim and Paul were so helpful and consistent at giving me updates about this car. When I buy a car in the future I would want to work with them again! In my opinion, #1 Cochran Nissan is the BEST dealership in the area. Other dealerships that I've visited were friendly, however, I felt pressured to make a decision quicker than I was prepared to do; with Nissan and in particular, Justin Hill, I DID NOT feel any pressure. I started this process in early May, but because of personal problems and a terminal illness with my mom, I had to postpone my purchase until late July. When the day finally arrived, Justin was fully prepared with total costs, required money at time of signing and what my monthly payment would be for my chose of vehicle. Because of financial responsibilities, Justin offered me 3 absolutely great options. I chose the 2018 Kicks; I love it! It is within my budget, looks great, drives very well and is a great color;Deep Pearl Blue. Justin and Paul were wonderful to work with and in the end, I feel confident that I have two new friends. They are both tremendous assets to #1 Cochran Nissan. Knowledgeable, professional, understanding and kind. I will always choose #1 Cochran Nissan. Keep up the good work!

I am a first time car buyer, so needless to say, I was pretty scared when considering leasing a brand new vehicle. I honestly didn’t know where to start, other than the fact that I was interested in an SUV. Justin Hill was a huge help throughout the whole searching process.
