This dealer will add on hidden fees like $5000 more than

This dealer will add on hidden fees like $5000 more than actual listed price! Be careful, I bought a used car and scheduled for deep cleaning the next day! After deep cleaning my windshield had big crack and they are irresponsible! So, I changed it cost me $500 and vehicle registration renewal bill came to my house for $326! Be careful when you initial on each part! They are crooks! Cost extra $$$

When I call at 3:19pm they didn't mention anything about

When I call at 3:19pm they didn't mention anything about the car having issues. I arrived at 5pm and the car I wanted to see is no where around. excuse was I can't show you cause it needs brakes. probably don't have it. wasted my time.

My work to truck broke down on the 41.

My work to truck broke down on the 41. Fresno said it could be up two weeks before it is seen. I called Madera and Dan said tow it to us. Dan got it checked out and fixed in a day! I’m glad I called you guys!

We worked with a salesperson to make an appointment to

We worked with a salesperson to make an appointment to view a used truck that we had found online. She encouraged us to move our appointment up by a couple of hours which we ended up doing. When we arrived on the lot (1hr 15min drive), the salesperson that greeted us never introduced us to the person that we made the appointment with. He and all of his associates kept telling us how popular this truck was - surely attempting to obtain negotiating power. When we were about to collect the key to take a look they told us that the truck had sold. The whole experience was slimy and shady. I don't recommend this dealership. How do you not hold a vehicle that someone clearly has an appointment to view?

I came in to pick up my companies truck.

I came in to pick up my companies truck. As I waited for them to pull it up the sloppy dressed man on the left next to the slider was being loud and obnoxious. Then he started speaking in Spanish to the other employee maybe thinking I didn’t speak Spanish and he was using foul language I won’t repeat on here! The other man there was kind enough to review my paper work and pull up my truck.

Purchased a vehicle over the weekend.

Purchased a vehicle over the weekend. Monday I was supposed to receive a call regarding a spare key from Nelson our sales rep. Waited until Tuesday, husband sent an email. Went to pick up key after receiving email. He gets there, key is not available but willing to sell us one at a discounted price $600. Called and spoke with Manager Casey “I will look into the matter and call you back in 20mins”. I left another message an hour later and never heard back. Very unprofessional way to handle business especially after letting us know there was a spare key ready for pickup. We will never do business with Madera Ford again and will be advising our family and friends to do the same.

The process of buying a vehicle from this dealership

The process of buying a vehicle from this dealership compared to other dealerships was pretty normal. Marking up the vehicle and trying up sale worthless add ons. All that is expected from a dealership. But when I bought my vehicle, I did a trade in. It took them two months to pay off the vehicle I traded for. So i was paying 2 car payments. They also told me they would mail me a spare key since the business department that holds onto those keys were closed on the weekend. Its been 4 months since they told me that and I still haven’t gotten a key yet. Even after calling every 2 weeks. The response is always the same, “let me go find someone, i will call u back”. And i never get a call back.

Madera Ford is TERRIBLE

This dealership is very deceptive and are liars!! I was given a price online, spoke to a sales rep (Izzy), and made an appointment. My wife and I take the day off work, drive 45 minutes there, and once they have us in the door, all of a sudden they mention a 10k markup. Another sales rep, Luis, claimed he wanted to be transparent but it took him over 30 minutes to mention the markup. We immediately left. On our way home, a manager (Donnie) called us. He said he would fix the list price online, check on getting the markup reduced and call us back in an hour. We never heard from him again and the price has not been reduced online several weeks later! This place is terrible!! Avoid at all costs!

Horrible Busines etiquette Izzy and Donny

Spoke with Izzy -Sales- Donny -Sales manager-. Made myself very clear, I'd have to travel 187 miles from Bay Area, for the purchase of used truck. Not once, did they mention the horrible condition of used truck, riddled with scratches, dings upholstery a 3 out 10, leaking oil, rusted, wheel caps missing! In no condition to sell to anyone, especially one coming from so far away. They, Madera Fords staff, did a hard pull on my 800 credit score, even after I provided my pre-approval from Credit Union. This experience was exactly what you'd expect, from a sleazy small dealership, not one that's attached to the Ford brand. Do your research before doing business here. There's tons of Truck Inventory in the Valley..
