Nearly two months of trying to get answers on a vehicle so I could buy it and they strung me along until selling it out from under me at the last minute. It took 4 separate messages to finally talk to a seemingly real person and not get AI/robo replies of "Yes this vehicle is still available!" after I asked several specific questions and for pictures of certain things. Finally got through to a manager who said they'd have someone get in touch. Still took multiple messages to get some of my questions answered, while others were ignored. Asked about purchase details, etc. Asked about how or when to call to try to get things nailed down and was given a number. Tried calling multiple times over several days and only got voicemail. Finally emailed again and then was told the car was sold in the store that day. Two months of wasted effort and time, extremely unprofessional and an experience I never want to repeat.
