Excellent experience overall.

Excellent experience overall. Jared, our salesperson, was very easy to work with. His professionalism and punctuality were appreciated. Ray, the sales manager, was equally great to work with. Painless and fast transaction. We are very happy with our Atlas and would recommend VW Akron to all in the market!

A month after buying the vehicle, a 2022 Honda HRV with

A month after buying the vehicle, a 2022 Honda HRV with very low mileage, it needs a significant repair that cannot be completed at my local Honda dealership under the vehicle service contract I purchased. The contract covers the repair but I would have to bring the vehicle back to this Volkswagen dealership in order to use the service contract. I was misled when I was offered the service contract and told I could use it at any Honda dealership. It’s disappointing that the car needs this repair so soon after purchase, but even more upsetting that the service contract I paid extra for is not what was represented to me at the time of sale.
