I worked with the dealer remotely. Trent made the process way easier than I imagined it would be, and I could tell he had advanced knowledge and experience with vehicles similar to the one I ended up purchasing. The pricing and transaction process was straightforward and seamless.

Brought our Atlas here because another VW dealership

Brought our Atlas here because another VW dealership refused to take our third party warranty. Here we were met with smiles, kinds voices and excellent customer service, which is a much needed breath of fresh air. While the warranty process was a little tedious, Brittany and Emily still handles us with respect and courtesy. Once we received the inspection video from Bryan— we knew we made the right decision by bringing our vehicle here. He was very thorough with all that needed to be done.

There is no substitute for the excellent care the service

There is no substitute for the excellent care the service team continues to provide. Preventive maintenance has been the key to 93,000 carefree miles on the Passat and counting. Appreciate the highly trained techs, and the suggestions when maintenance needs to be preformed. Knowing that after the sale our VW's are in the best of hands is why we continue to buy from VW Akron.

The entire Service Team (Brittany and Emily) Are a well oiled machine. Its excellence at every level. They truly understand customer service and what it means to the customer. I wouldnt’t trust my car maintenance to anyone but them. Thank you for always striving for excellence..
