Made an appointment a day before.
Made an appointment a day before. Drove 2.5 hours in heavy traffic to get to the dealership in San Antonio from Austin. Texted the rep that I was on my way and received confirmation that the car was ready to test drive. Got to the dealership to find out the car was on loan to someone else. Missed sale! I have perfect credit and $14K in my pocket in cash I will use at another dealer. If Echo Park wants to miss sales like this in this economy then good luck. Absolute incompetence.
