Great Experience – Honest, Professional, and Smooth Process” I bought my car at Precision Autos and had an amazing experience. Karen helped me from start to finish and was incredibly transparent, kind, and professional the whole time. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The car I got is used but in excellent condition, I got extended warranty that I can use with them or any certified facility which it gave me peace of mind. If you’re looking for a reliable used car and great customer service, I highly recommend Precision Autos. Ask for Karen — she’s the best!

Mohamad helped me with the search for a new vehicle, he was very respectful with me and took his time to made sure I could find the right vehicle for me. The dealership had a wide variety of vehicle’s to choose from so I had a good amount of options to choose from. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking to get into a new vehicle.

I went to Precision to purchase a daily driver to keep

I went to Precision to purchase a daily driver to keep the miles off of my main car. The sales experience was good prior to the actual purchase however once the money exchanged hands my experience was really bad. They kept the car for a couple of days to fix the service light, replace a tire and to put a machine in the car to get rid of a urine smell. I called after 2 days and they said the car was ready. When I got to the dealership I found that the tire wasn’t replaced, the smell was still strong and the service light was still on. The general manger said “ I thought you just wanted air in the tire”. He said they didn’t do the machine to get rid of the smell because it would’ve made it worse. He said he was ordering the tire at that moment and it would’ve made be there in a couple of days. It’s been 5 days and still no call. If they agree to fix anything get it in writing.

I have bought 4 cars from this dealership over the years

I have bought 4 cars from this dealership over the years for myself and my family. The staff has gone out of the way to mitigate any issues I have had with the cars. At other dealership, there is no ownership of issues as soon as you drive off the lot. But the staff here has done so many touch up’s and fixes months after the purchase. They never charged me for things I know are normal wear and tear. I kept going back here due to relationship, buying experience and of-course price. They are extremely competitively priced. Highly recommended

I was treated rudely when I called to inquire about a car

I was treated rudely when I called to inquire about a car I was interested in. I needed them to bring it to me.. and i told them if I liked it i would probably buy it and I wanted my mechanic to look at it. I was told by the receptionist that my mechanic would probably strip the car. My mechanic is the best - professional & classy. So they insult me right off the bat. Then i send them info on me. I am a known author & well -known locally and then some manager calls me & says they will bring me the car. I liked it okay.. i had purchased the car that was rear-ended & totaled this way and ended up loving it.. it was my fav car.. So my mechanic looked it over said it was okay , but pointed out some things that needed to be fixed. The manager agreed and my mechanic wrote the items down and the manager signed it. We signed the contract in front of my mechanic. the the manager agreed to fix what was needed for me to be happy. tint on windows bubbled,,. and there is a 90 day contract to fix items.. I felt better, since the car i loved had been total by a 16 year old rear- ending me. But then it turned dark. The manager could not seem to get it together to make the the contracted repairs. it appeared that the dealership was not well managed or had enough quality employees to get thing done. I was going to drs apts trying to take car of my wreck injuries and needed a car. The manager told me he would get a loaner. I had paid him cash for the car and it was not up to contracted par. So that was nice. But the manager would tell me he would be at my house to do the car trade and not show up.. He had me waiting for him and no show. it was rude and inconsiderate and I was losing trust. He always has excuse... typical bad sales person excuses making it clear his wasting my time did not matter. then FINALLY HE TOLD ME HE COULD DO it between 6:00 to 7:30 on a day. I told him that he needed to be on time. Now, i wonder if he even knows what 'on time' means. So I waited for him to be at my house between those times.. - talk about a wide window, But it got closer to 7:30 - no text - so called to see if he was on his way/ To which his reply was I am with a customer. My reply "I am a customer and you are supposed to be here", He ignores me and states he will text when he is leaving. FINALLY - I get his text. The man with me at my house has to leave to go to his child's soccer game. I was going to go too, but had to now wait for this always late manager. So I wait & wait 7 it gets later and dark. My guy tell me to call the police to be with me while the transaction occurs. i don't want to be alone in my house with a man I barely know. bottom line- they have my cash - the witnessed contract has not been honored. The customer service from this manager is HORRIBLE- RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL

Hello Ann, You clearly failed to mention your treatment and the main cause that led to this situation, throughout our interactions, we have made numerous exceptions and extended ourselves well beyond standard dealership practices in an effort to meet your expectations. This included tolerating repeated abusive and rude phone calls, delivering the vehicle to your residence over an hour away for a test drive, transporting it to your mechanic for inspection, and even providing a loaner vehicle. Despite these efforts, the situation ultimately became unmanageable. Our staff was subjected to unacceptable treatment, including the involvement of law enforcement during a routine delivery and repeated use of offensive, racially charged language. No business should be expected to allow its employees to endure such behavior. While we are committed to providing outstanding service to every customer, your ongoing demands and conduct have gone far beyond what is reasonable. Respectful communication is fundamental to any professional relationship, and unfortunately, that standard has not been upheld in this case. Even after all of this, we provided you with a clear option: to bring the vehicle to our dealership so that we could complete the agreed-upon items. However, we also made it clear that we would no longer subject our employees to abusive treatment at your residence or continue offering favors beyond what was outlined in our agreement. You chose not to take advantage of this option, and at that point, there was nothing further we could do. Sincerely, Management

I flew out to Dallas from Indianapolis the day after

I flew out to Dallas from Indianapolis the day after Christmas 2024 to look at and possibly purchase a 2016 Jaguar XJLR. The 550 Hp version of these cars are hard to find. This car had a CarFax history but still had a clean title. Karen and Mohammed fully disclosed any and all issues prior to my trip out to see it. I asked Mohammed to personally drive the car for a few days before the holidays to ensure there were no issues with the car. Once I arrived, the car was up on a two post lift where I could perform my own inspection of the car. One of the technicians went with me for a one hour plus test drive. I put the car through it's paces and it performed well. Mohammed and the team went out of their way to settle any of my concerns which all of them were very minor in nature. I drove the car 1,100 miles straight through back to Indianapolis that night and early the next day with no issues at all. I waited until the warranty expired to write this review. I normally do not trust dealers and what they tell you. I do feel that they will stand behind any warrarty items during the warrarty perios. Most dealers will tell you anything to sell you a car. I found Karen, Mohammed and the entire finance / maintenance team more than accomadating. So much so that when I need another car, I will happliy fly from indianapolis back to Dallas to purchase another car from them! 5 Stars to the entire Precision Auto team!!
