On May 1st we visited to look at a used vehicle. Right away, Jim, a friendly salesman shook our hands and tended to us with skill and knowledge. We arrived a bit close to closing but never felt rushed. The manager has many financial connections, talking on the phone one on one to people he knows, in order to get us the deal we needed. More than anything, Jim really stands out. The detailing dept had left for the evening so our car could not be shined up. Jim came to my work the next morning, drove our new purchase back to the dealership for all the detailing, then brought it back to my work! Unbelievable customer service! Jim is incredibly kind and resourceful - he was never pushy, never impatient during our entire process. He's honestly the kind of man who feels like a friend. In all my years I've never experienced such a great experience buying a car as I did here!

This dealership is a joke, Mr kevin Allison will NOT return my calls or text about my 2023 Pacifica that I purchased on March 17th of 2025, Do not purchase any thing from this dealership because of BAD business practices.
