Nice vehicle, but they told us at the time of purchase that two open recalls would have be completed before we could take possession and that they were not allowed to sell it to us without completing the recall work. We waited 3 days to get the car. This was April 2023. In July of 2023, we received a notice from the dealership that we had open recall work that needed to be done. Assuming that a paperwork mistake had been made, we tried to contact the sales person. He did not return any of our calls and ignored our texts. We contacted the general manager and had to leave a message and he to ignored our call. Still not sure if the recall work had been done or not, we took it to a Chrysler dealership that we trusted and had worked with before but an hour away from our home. They found that both safety recalls had not been done. We had been driving around with our child in a vehicle we thought was safe but was not. We paid more for a vehicle than we should have because it was not in the condition promised. We did contact Chrysler for help with the issue, but they only took the information down and stated that the complaint would be passed on to the next department and that they could not share what the consequences would be for the dealership. Yeah, right. No compensation for our time to take it to another dealership, putting us in danger, or selling us a vehicle that at any time could have caused us harm. We have dealt with Chrysler most of our adult life and will now be shopping somewhere else. BTW - changing their name to NewGen is not going to fix or change their reputation.

Don't buy and definitely don't use service dept!
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I won't go into long details but I was very interested in a used truck they had. Drove two hours to test drive it to find out it had a failing wheel bearing. MInd you this was a certified used vehicle so how that wasn't caught during the inspection was a mystery itself. I asked that they let me know when the bearing was corrected and I would be back. I then returned, drove the truck again and discovered oil leaking below the engine. I myself laid underneath the truck and determined it was either a loose filter or loose oil line to the filter. They took it to service while I was there and said it was in fact the filter and brought it back. So I took it out again to get it good and warm. Climbed back under the truck and the service department didn't even bother to get some brake clean and remove all the oil from the first time so I couldn't even determine if the issue was fixed. I asked that they get it cleaned up and do a final inspection to let me know when it actually was fixed and we would work out a deal to meet halfway for the sale. The next morning I got a text telling me they sold the truck to someone else. SO I diagnosed issues with the truck twice. Drove there two hours each way, twice. Only for them to sell it out from under me. This place doesn't care about you as a customer. They care about making the next sale. Both salesman were new to the business and in texting neither of them could even spell "bearing" correctly. And the second salesman told me the push rod was causing the oil leak! Steer clear and go to a place that actually values you and your business and doesn't just want to know how you are paying and repeatedly asks the same sales playbook questions.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT NEEDS A DIAGNOSTIC MACHINE
Dropped my Jeep off for service & they told me that someone would contact me within 24 - 72 hrs - THAT WAS OVER 9 DAYS AGO & NO ONE has contacted me about my car. I took it in with a PRINTED READ OUT from MY mechanics diagnostic center, an electrical plug with 1 wires that was SHORTED OUT AND GREEN WITH CORROSION ! ! - And at 9 days THEY STATE THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY CAR ! ! ! They are a Jeep dealership and SHOULD have at least the SAME diagnostic machine as my local mechanic ?? NEVER I repeat NEVER go to LaFontaine Chryser Jeep

GREAT EXPERIENCE at the service department today, I was
GREAT EXPERIENCE at the service department today, I was scheduled to diagnose and repair my RAM tailgate. I arrived and settled in for a likely 1/2 day wait in the lounge. However, Jon (Service Manager) checked it out immediately and realized I only needed a $20 bushing. He installed it, lubricated all the tailgate bearings, and did not charge for his time. I was promptly out the door with my problem solved at a total cost of only $20.

Hello, not mad, but feeling not good about buying car...
Hello, not mad, but feeling not good about buying car from you guys!!! Before I was best friend and family, after I pay $45.000 cash for truck I need to beg every other day and ask where's my paperwork and when I am going to get it. Took you guys 2 weeks to send me paperwork for truck, I lost in average $15.000 for all this time. My company was planning to buy 10 to 15 trucks in 2 years, now I am going to different dealership, thank you for showing who you are,- not a family!!! You just lost over half million dollars in cash!!! Have a nice day!!! Thank you Brandon Henson for horrible service!!! - I don't know why I need to text you every other day and bag you to do you job?!!! Two weeks later Still my problem wasn't been fixed. Not a family dealership:(

subpar customer service
This dealership had the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Our salesman was very nice. The guys in the showroom were not friendly or accommodating. No one here seems to know how to greet a customer. I’m standing here waairing for a plate and no one has offered me a place to sit, even though I was told it would be 10 minutes. Not to mention the loud and unprofessional conversation happening as we were working out the details with our lovely salesman. Lastly, the finance guy was up selling to my husband and me and we weren’t interested. But he pushed, and tried to make us feel foolish for not getting gap coverage. My husband got the car he wanted at a fair price. But the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. We will not be returning.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! David, Joseph, and the rest of O'Hara staff wanted my business and worked their butts off to make it happen. Even stayed an hour and a half after they closed to make sure I went home with my new vehicle happy and satisfied.
