Buying a car can be a good and/or bad experience. Agustin ?AJ? Jimenez at Nalley Toyota made the total experience an excellent one. Our family are forever thankful and grateful for his support. This would be our fourth new car purchase with him. He has earned our respect and appreciation.

The service has declined over the years.
The service has declined over the years. They are inconsistent with completing the inspection. They do not honor coupons or discounts. Wait times are very long. They have constant turnover of representatives. You request to speak with a manger and no one calls you back or is available to speak with you.

I bought my car under a year ago and I just scheduled my first service with Nalley. They are awful at returning calls and my service experience has been terrible. The service technician didn’t reset my car and my tire needed air right after I left. My car isn’t driving the same. Wouldn’t recommend being service their.
