Brought my car in for service, they got me in and out of the shop super quickly!

The service department recently did some troubleshooting on my vehicle and determined that there were no problems with the engine. This gives me peace of mind heading into winter.

A pleasant buying experience. No pressure salespeople who were easy to work with. Had all our questions answered and the vehicle's features and controls were thoroughly explained.

The Service Department at Subaru / Harrison Ave. is very good - that's why I bought my second Subaru !

This is the worst experience in my 63 years of living and buying cars all they do is overpromise and under deliver they shouldn't be selling Subarus its more of a bunch of idiots telling you they will take care of things and not doing anything they had my car for 3 weeks didn't detail it , remove the stickers nothing told me it was ready and it wasn't my point is go somewhere else to purchase a car you will be happy you did.

When having my Forester serviced I've had all the work done at this dealership. Their customer service and repairs have always been very good. When I've had a question or issue they have done their best to ansewer those questions and address those concerns.

I bought the Suburu Forester with the Wilderness package because we live in Montana and I wanted to be sure to get out of my driveway. So far, so good, but it is only November. I did a 3400 mile road trip from Montana to southern California, then north through Monterey, California, to Newport, Oregon, to Portland, and then finally home. Very comfortable drive. Gas mileage about as advertised. My only wish is for larger cargo space.

My periodic service needs have been met with extraordinary service. When a part was needed it came in on time. They not only provide a complimentary wash and vacuum but also have an extremely courteous delivery service.

Took vehicle in for service and recall on radio. Service on radio took longer than expected but maint super kept us completely informed as to what was happening. It was no problem for us to be there a bit longer than expected as we all know these things happen. There were no other problems.
