Called to schedule an appointment, representative was very rude to the point I decided not to continue to the process of scheduling appointment to purchase vehicle. I even respectfully notified him that he was being rude, where he proceeded to say "well hang up then." That's exactly what I did after respectfully informing him to have a great day. Highly recommend this company to improve on customer service skills. I still wish the company success, but they (the individual I talked to this morning) needs to enhance their customer services skills. If not, they will potentially lose out on a lot of business. Saw on internet....didn't believe. took it for a test drive to my mechanic...he drove out on the rack hooked up The computer and told me to buy it ..the salesman was straight forward about what I was getting....the price quoted is what I paid. He lived up to his word as did i...I have already told a half a dozen people about Mega....Try them you will like them......

I purchased a 2019 Grand Caravan that with a rebuilt title. Instead of paying 28K I paid about half that. The car looked as if it just came out of the showroom. Skender was a pleasure to work with. He was as honest as I've ever seen a used car salesman! The process was painless and efficient. He encouraged you to take the car out on the expressway and push it. He directed me to what he thought was the best deal for me. If you plan on keeping your car only 2 years then a rebuilt car is not for you. If you plan on keeping it for a long time then their price is a steal. The car came with a 6 month warranty on the engine and transmission. Would definitely consider.

First of all, let me say that I normally do not write reviews. However, Skender at MegaAuto is an exceptional salesman. I purchased a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, and could not be happier with the purchase. I have to admit, I was skeptical about MegaAuto initially - It's a very small business in the middle of seemingly nowhere. I did not know if I could actually trust anyone there, and thought the vehicles that were being sold might be a scam; the car we were looking at was a salvage title, and I worried at the time that, although the price was quite good, it likely would have frame damage, etc, which is not visible by simply looking at the car. However, Skender set my mind at ease. First of all, from the start he assured me that we could take the car to have it inspected if we were interested in a certain vehicle. He said that he would do the same, and that we shouldn't blindly trust anyone - he himself, wouldn't. Later after deciding to take the leap, I opted to take the car to a mechanic to have the frame and an overall inspection performed. Again, I worried, "What if this is a mistake?" But, Skender set my mind at ease yet again. I flat out asked, "Is the car going to pass the inspection...?" To which he assuredly replied, "I don't see why it would not. I have customers that take the vehicles to their mechanics all the time." Long story short, it absolutely did pass. So much so, that the guys at Belle Tire emphatically said, "Buy that car - it's absolutely worth it." So, that's my story. If you decide to go with MegaAuto, then you have made a sound choice. Skender is impartial, and will not force you into anything. In fact quite the opposite - he seems to care deeply that the customer is satisfied. Which is rare these days... Opt for the inspection just to set your mind at ease. If you are a previous customer of Belle Tire, they will perform an alignment check for free (inspect frame tolerances to manufacturer spec.), and the bumper to bumper inspection is only $25. For myself, If we purchase another vehicle in the future, I would definitely call Skender, again.

So happy I found this place, my last car was from them but I purchased from one of their re-sellers north from them. This time I purchased from the source, amazing price, no pressure to talk to and inspect the car. I know where I will be shopping in the future, try them out, they made us happy for sure.
