Alaint Oliva was the salesperson who assisted me in the

Alaint Oliva was the salesperson who assisted me in the purchase of a new vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and very attentive to his customers. I also like how this dealership has a very positive work environment in which the team members support one another to ensure that the customer's needs are met. While another dealership that I had spoken with for months could not locate a vehicle for purchase, Alaint went out of his way to obtain the desired vehicle from another dealership in Southern California. Many thanks to the entire team at Victory Toyota, San Bruno.

Great service as always. I had appointment at 8:45. Wanted me to wait longer. But, I told Andrea I had another appointment. Due made it happen that I in or weird about 1 hour,

Service center employees have very little respect for

Service center employees have very little respect for customer vehicles is low as I have caught them napping in customer vehicles during their breaks. Service center employees care very little about the concerns customers bring up about their vehicles as well. In my experience they have been incredibly dismissive and have even made fun of customers behind their backs in front of other customers. There is a maturity deficit here that needs to be adjusted.

My mother and I are pleased with the service that Victory

My mother and I are pleased with the service that Victory Toyota of San Bruno provides. The staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable in their product. We bought over a year ago our second RAV4 Toyota from Victory Toyota in San Bruno. We also bought from Victory Toyota our previous RAV2 which lasted us about 22 years, and had to replace it because someone rear ended me. Thus, the product that we bought at Victory Toyota is great value. We will continue taking our car for service at Victory Toyota, and if we need another vehicle, we will check Victory Toyota as our first choice. We thank everyone at Victory Toyota for their support, patience and understanding of our needs and concerns.

There was no notice of completion of the service and

There was no notice of completion of the service and tried calling/texturing many times and no reply at all. I waited over 10mins on calling and never got through. I just need to go there to find my car is ready or not.
