I had an appointment to drop off my car at 7am. The whole day I didn’t receive a call with any updates. I called a couple of times, the first few times no response. After the second attempt I got a call back with no updates. I called again in the evening because I knew they were closing soon but when they transferred me no response. I called back and who ever answered didn’t give me a chance to explain no one was answering he just immediately transferred me. I was concerned because they never told me they planned on keeping my car. When I called the next morning there were also no updates. So we just decided to drive down there and that’s when they told me my car would be ready in an hour.

The work is done neatly and the attitude towards customers is very kind and nice. Good luck Chris.

They delivered the car to me at night and it was very dirty. I took the car to be washed the next day and there were small stone cracks on the car's window. The officer told the manager Musa Tosun and they said they would fix the car but the crack got bigger and they sent me back without fixing my car. They victimized me

My visit went amazing. I had a last minute drop in. I had no clue there was a nail in my tire. Good thing someone pointed it out. I had no idea, but they were able to help me right away. they patched up my tire till replacement tire came in.
