I had to keep calling to speak with someone and the lady

I had to keep calling to speak with someone and the lady said she would call or text me but never did and when I called her back she would say oh I just called you or I just text you which was untrue and very unprofessional so I decided to take my business somewhere else.

Doc is GREAT!!

I spoke with Doc, what a great guy! He is very passionate about selling cars and also the people who he sells them to. I would highly recommend this dealership!! And if I could give Doc 10 stars I definitely would!!

Well Worth the Drive!

We had a great experience with Queen City Classics. I discussed with Bryan, the owner, the SUV that my family was interested in. We drove from the Columbus, Ohio area to pick up the car. When we got there, the car looked great and was in really good condition. Bryan thoroughly went over everything in and outside the car. We had a test drive and everything went smoothly. Bryan was very professional, and we are very pleased with our SUV from him. We look forward to buying our next car from him as well! Thanks Bryan and Queen City Classics!

10/10 would NOT reccomend

I left the Air Force last November and needed a cheap-ish car while we waited for our family vehicle to be shipped back from Germany. I bought this Audi from Queen City Classics and within a week, we got a flat tire on the freeway. After changing the flat, we made it about 50 feet and then the clutch went out. Queen City Classics was kind enough to let me know that none of this was their problem. $2200 for the clutch, flywheel, master/slave cylinder, as well as another $700 for a set of Good Year tires and the car lasted another two weeks before the engine cut out while I was driving.¬ All the electronics were still functioning but everything mechanical shut-off. I had the battery and alternator tested, neither came back with any issues. My last-ditch effort was to change the spark plugs but still no luck. I’ve had the Audi for exactly a year, and I’ve only been able to drive it for a combined total of 3 weeks. Huge shoutout to @queencityclassics for charging me $5100 for a vehicle that needed a new clutch and engine and then did absolutely nothing to even try and fix the issue.

Great Tundra

Bought my 2007 Toyota Tundra CrewMax from Bryan almost 3 years ago now. Since the purchase, I have basically put 52K miles on it and had no issues with the vehicle other than routine maintenance. I felt Bryan was honest and straight forward in his dealings and would buy from him again if the need and vehicle arises. Was overall a very pleasant and low-pressure buying experience.

Found the perfect family van

We bought a van from Bryan That we feel was a very great deal for our family with very low mileage. He offered to meet us Both times on days he wasn’t even open. Was very easy to work with on financing. I feel he is a very trustworthy person.

Worst car I've ever purchased. Transmission shot.

Bought a 2002 VW on 7/1/19 and it needed a new transmission which is more than I paid for it on 7/25/19. My mistake was trusting the owner and not paying to have the car inspected. Hard lesson.

I got an amazing classic car from a great dealer!
