Very dishonest
This dealership doesn't even deserve one star. I should have walked out when I realized there was no A/C and it was about 85 degrees. After we put a deposit on the car and went back to pick it up he tried to get us to pay for things that were already included in the price. Then they sold us a car with a dead battery after we were told that it had a new battery. They then took a battery from another car and put it in ours. When they realized that they were not going to make any extra money off of us they tried to cancel the deal. If this is how all Toyota dealers work then I would advise everyone not to buy a Toyota

Same review as Jessdfedor in the past 24 hours? We understood your concerns and switched the battery for you. The air conditioning functioned properly. We even offered an additional 2 years in scheduled maintenance and roadside assistance. When we realized that wouldn't satisfy you we offered to cancel your deal and refund your money but as your husband clearly stated we had the best price that you traveled all the way from Long Island and that he was okay with taking the Sienna. No matter the final outcome we still wish you the best of luck with you Sienna and the best to you and your family.
Worst experience EVER!
I'm convinced this dealer's ratings are based on fraudulent reviews because there is no way anyone would give them more than one star. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I purchased a "certified pre-owned" 2014 Sienna over the course of two weeks. During both visits, the a/c was broken and my two small children were starting to show signs of heat stroke. The car we purchased had a bad battery that needed to be jumped very aggressively for our scheduled test drive. Upon negotiation, the salesman, seemed to have no idea about the warranty information and wanted us to pay a "DPI" dealer fee, which he pushed us to google after we refused to pay it. This is a nonsense fee. After hours of negotiation upon which my children were starting to exhibit signs of heat stroke, we made a deal. We picked up the car the following week (still no a/c) and all of a sudden, the car was no longer "certified". As we started to walk out, they agreed to eat the cost of the "certification", as we agreed on our prior visit, that this was included in our negotiated price. When we went to drive the car away, we shut it off and tried to restart it, but to no avail. They never replaced the dead battery. We left for lunch and returned an hour later to find, not a new battery, but probably one they took from another used car. The manager promised us an additional 2 years of roadside assistance and an extension of the bumper to bumper warranty. Since we have AAA, we just asked for the warranty extension, which was not given to us. I have purchased more than a few new and used cars in my lifetime and have never had such a terrible experience. Buyer beware. Do all you can to avoid this scam of a dealership.

Con Artists who keep your credit card
I went to this weekend and had the worst experience ever. I wasted a good Sunday memorial day weekend. I do not write bad reviews but just do not go there. Trust me. And if you do, avoid Chris.

It is with our apologizes that you felt we kept you hostage. I know that we offered to return your credit card for a deal that just couldn't be done. Sometimes in chasing the deal the deal just loses money and doesn't make sense. We wish you the best in your search a hope you get a great deal.
Excellent Service
When I walked into the dealership, I was met by a warm greeting, friendly faces and pleasant people ready to assist me with my needs. Ahmadou, my sales rep, took the time to get me to an agreement that was comfortable for me. Sean, the manager, stayed connected to make sure my needs were being met. Great service and personable staff
I went in not thinking I would walk out with a car. I went in with my daughter to buy her first car and while they were in the process got motivated and interested. I eventually fell in love with the RAV4 which Charles Carmona helped me come into the conclusion of getting because of how affordable on gas it was. He was a pleasure to work with, he was understanding, positive, upbeat and knew well what he was talking about. Fabio was also a delight to work with making the process an enjoyable experience. Overall a very warm staff.
