I had an appointment and when I walked into the Dealership there were several Sales Associates at the door. John Padilla walked up to me and shook my hand, he was very friendly and easy to speak with. I took a test drive in a Corolla and knew this was the car for me. Thanks to Juan Padilla and Sean Berry I left with a new car the same day. I have to mention the Finance Manager Joe Kundrat. Signing all those forms in the end can be very nerve-racking. Joe Kundrat made the process very simple and painless.

Pedro Segura was my salesman and I was completely satisfied with the service he provided. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the deal. He explained every detailed and also showed me everything I needed to know about my new SUV. He also made sure that the vehicle was clean and faultless when he presented it to me. Even my old license plates were cleaned. Pedro also made a follow up call to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle and to let me know if I had any additional questions, I should not hesitate to contact him. Great Service Pedro, job well done.

We just clicked off from the first hello with Yorcarys Cabrera, I had and idea when we walked in what I wanted she listened to my wants. We then worked from there she made all of our WANTS workable. I am very pleased with my purchase from Mr.Ventura. This is actually my third vehicle purchased at Westchester Toyota. I love how dedicated the staff is, how knowledgeable the sale associate is as far as explaining the features from the car. My previous car was a 2012 rav4. And while researching for my new car I fell in love with the new body style of the 2014 rav4. How the interior looked inside. I quickly called the dealer an requested to speak to Mr.Ventura to ask for a little more information as to the changes of the vehicle. He made a comparison from the one I had to the new one. He also explained what the technology package consisted of and how it added more value to the car. I knew that if I was going to go through with the purchase I would get a good deal with William. He was very patient in answering every single one of my questions. Coming to this dealership gives me a sense of being at home. Mr. VenturaI treated me with respect and my concerns in what I look for in a vehicle were taken into account. I truly feel that I will continue to purchase every single one of my vehicles at this dealership and from this particular associate. Thank you so much William for making my purchase so pleasant.

To start with,...I thought all the reviews that you read and see online are fake and just to attract customers to come to there store or something but that changed everything when my husband and I met JUAN PEREZ ...I mean of all sales associate we have met, JUAN PEREZ he is the best, we would super highly recommend him when you go shopping for a new or used car he has all the patiences , knowledge and very helpful with all your needs and he will go beyond...beyond your expectation. He really helped and cared a lot he would even come personally to help...like when we called him telling him that I got I ticket cause my car didn't start and it was street cleaning day...so we got a ticket.. well to make the long story short...JUAN PEREZ took care of it so we don't have to pay for it....WOW!!! I WAS SOOO HAPPY!!!! I am telling you JUAN PEREZ would be the BEST SALES ASSOCIATE that can help you when you decide to buy a car at WESTCHESTER TOYOTA...YOU WOULD NOT REGRET IT!!!! Also even you have you have a questions or problems along the way just call him he will do his best to resolve it he finds his way . Over all I really super highly recommend JUAN PEREZ!!!!
