A 45K mile service took way too long to be completed.

A 45K mile service took way too long to be completed. While I appreciated the Concierge Service of picking up my vehicle, I did not appreciate it would not be returned until 5pm the NEXT day. I understand their service dept was swamped, but communication of that fact should have been done ahead time.

Donovan Vang was the best salesman we've ever had.

Donovan Vang was the best salesman we've ever had. He was respectful, professional, and humble. He walked up to us and greeted us immediately when we walked in the dealership. In all the years of buying vehicles, Donovan is the best salesman we've ever had! We initially went to the Edina location and we felt judged and disrespected, so we decided to take our business to a different location (Roseville) which was the best thing we did since we made a $100K purchase! I am very satisfied with the service I received when my

I am very satisfied with the service I received when my battery to my 2021 Cadillac XT-5 died. A technician was prompt in coming to my condo to jump start my Cadillac. At Luther the service department further diagnosed my battery and charged to optimum capacity.
