I have same situation - no Title only Bill of Sale- long process w Atty General- and who knows if I will EVER get the title to the car I paid for. thinking of suing them..

Purchased a car from the dealership in July, now in October and they still won't provide the memo of title or answer the phone or email. When they did answer the phone they said they would need to call me back and did not. Called Attorney General and found many complaints from other parties and that auto group had gone out of business. Michael Rays Auto Group is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

Just purchased a Chrysler 200 here today. Best service I have ever experienced at a dealership. Brandon greeted us at the door even though they were very busy. He offered us water,coffee,Pepsi and also made us feel like part of the family. We got a great deal on the car! We will definitely come back to Michael Ray for our next car purchase

James and the staff was amazing! Who knew buying a car could be so easy and actually FUN! They all were incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They are terrible they just want you to buy he car what’s crazy is they will make you feel at home then once you done they done car

when I first went I wasn't expecting to purchase a car I was just looking, then they helped me out tremendously and was very honest with me about everything but what stood out the most was they were determined to get me in a car that same day because the car I was driving wasn't safe to drive and I was there for a few hours which I didn't mind but I left with a new car a car I love 2017 Ford fusion they were all so nice and sweet to me and my aunt they let us test drive cars and helped me when I told them my financial situation I would recommend everyone go here if they are looking to buy a car the experience was very nice and I appreciate them thanks again
