Great mobile service!

Great mobile service! I just left the truck in the driveway 🤯 Service was clean and Roy didnt leave a mess or anything he was very professional!!! This is the way to go!! If your life is crazy they will EVEN come to you at work. If you dont know, NOW you do. Thank You JENNIFER JIJON YOU ARE AMAZING!!!! APPRECIATE IT ROY

Way easier to haggle a price instead of addon prices.

They advertised a truck on AutoTrader then changed the

They advertised a truck on AutoTrader then changed the price by adding items I did not want. Then when I agreed to a price they said it was already sold. Classic bait and switch. My feeling is these guys are not reputable. Find a reputable dealer who is good to their printed and texted price.

Do not take your vehicle to Doggett Ford!

Do not take your vehicle to Doggett Ford! They diagnosed cam phaser rattle at startup. Quoted me $2500 to repair. I told them to fix the truck. When they called me to pick my truck up [7 weeks later], my engine was knocking. That’s right, they took my $2824.85 and tried to pass a noisy engine off to me like it was fine. I did not accept delivery. They said let us see what is wrong with it and we will call you.. 3 weeks later they called me and said it needs an engine now. They trashed my engine! Made me pay for a new one at $9755.61. They had the truck 107 days total. Got the truck home and my thermostat housing coolant pipe didn’t even have the hose clamps on them, to hold the coolant in the brand new $10K engine. Bumper harness not even plugged in. Remote start did not work. Coolant reservoir still draining. I have not located current leak. I’m now on the 2nd gallon jug of Motorcraft yellow coolant. Truck smells of burning coolant. [During repairs] no communication unless I called them and asked for an update. Not once did they call me and keep me updated throughout the repair process. Absolute nightmare dealership. 0 stars. Pictured: hose clamp not in place; coolant overspray.

I recently purchased my son’s first vehicle a Ford F-150 XLT and working with Sam Hoehne made the entire experience outstanding. With so many variations of the F-150, comparing trucks can feel overwhelming. Sam took the time to break down the differences between multiple VINs so we knew exactly what we were looking at and exactly what we were paying for. He helped us eliminate the features we didn’t need, focus on the ones we cared about, and ultimately get to the right truck at the right price. His transparency, patience, and knowledge made all the difference. And with the support of his manager, Luis, we felt taken care of from start to finish. If you’re looking to purchase a Ford F-150 in Houston, I highly recommend working with Sam and Luis. They made a big moment for our family feel easy, honest, and enjoyable.

I recently took my car to Doggett Group Honda for an oil

I recently took my car to Doggett Group Honda for an oil change. When I arrived, a sales representative came out, took down my information, and had me hand over my keys—though he never told me his name. For context, I didn’t even realize that Russell & Smith Honda was no longer at the Medical Center location. Since I was already there, I went ahead with the service, expecting the same level of professionalism and service I had always received at Russell & Smith. I waited for two hours, and the representative never returned to update me. I finally approached another service technician, who located my vehicle and told me the name of the person I had spoken with originally. No telling how long my vehicle had been sitting ot there. I drive a 2019 Accord with 71,000 miles. I bought it new, and I am the only driver. Two days after the oil change, my glove box suddenly fell open and wouldn’t close. When I inspected it, I could clearly see that someone had used pliers or a similar tool to pull the hinge out of place. I called the dealership manager to report the issue and to make him aware of what his employees were doing. Please be cautious—this feels like a tactic where you bring your car in for one issue and leave with a new problem that wasn’t there before. The level of professionalism and service here is nowhere near what Russell & Smith provided. Women, BEWARE. There are too many Honda dealerships in Houston to go to this one and be scammed.
