Update: General Manager Dan called me back at 5:09 pm

Update: General Manager Dan called me back at 5:09 pm today 3/19. He was rude and had zero concerns about Roger being under the influence of alcohol and the attempted hit and run. Dan agreed that Roger went back to work after the car accident and like I said was picking up parts for the dealership. Dan showed zero care to negotiate a repair with me and suggested that I proceed with a lawyer. I told him the repair quote was only $800. Do not shop here. They might all Be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I called Tiffany Haynes at 12:04 PM today per her comment below but she did not answer nor return my call after leaving a voice message. Instead Dan called me back. On 3/13/26 apprx 2:30PM I was involved in an accident with your mechanic employee Rogelio Granda. He rear-ended my vehicle and was uninsured at the time of accident and was also under the influence of alcohol while on the clock. I advised him I could smell the alcohol on his breath when we exchanged information. He provided me with a copy of insurance that I later found out was cancelled June 9, 2025. He was also working during the time of the incident because he pointed at the dealership and assured me, I could find him there if I needed anything. He also received a call from his co-worker asking for a water pump that he shared was on his desk while we were exchanging information. As of today, he now refuses to help repair my vehicle. I advised him that I will have to get a lawyer like Jim Adler to sue the dealership. I would like to speak to the owner of the dealership before I pursue an attorney. I have several videos and pictures of this incident with Rogelio. I’m editing the post to add that when he hit me he didn’t follow me to pull over. Great mobile service!

Great mobile service! I just left the truck in the driveway 🤯 Service was clean and Roy didnt leave a mess or anything he was very professional!!! This is the way to go!! If your life is crazy they will EVEN come to you at work. If you dont know, NOW you do. Thank You JENNIFER JIJON YOU ARE AMAZING!!!! APPRECIATE IT ROY

Car Shield 595.00 Window Tint 499.00 Bedliner 895.00 Wheel Locks 399.00 Datadot (what is this lol) 1695.00 Dealer doc 225.00 Non Tax Fees 575.85 Just go to a dealer with no addons and pay their price. Way easier to haggle a price instead of addon prices.

They advertised a truck on AutoTrader then changed the price by adding items I did not want. Then when I agreed to a price they said it was already sold. Classic bait and switch. My feeling is these guys are not reputable. Find a reputable dealer who is good to their printed and texted price.
