Best dealer hands down!!!

This is the best dealer I have ever had the pleasure to work with! They were upfront and honest with me. Got me what I wanted with a great payment and interest rate! Working with Luis and Ed was great, these guys made me feel like I was an actual person and not a number to them. I felt like I was part of the team! There was no rush, no hurry hurry get the sale. I will definitely send everyone I know that is shopping for a vehicle to them and I myself will buy another when the time is right. Also one of their things is that if you find a vehicle on their website, you don't have to go to the other store's, they will bring it to the one you are at. Top notch company! Thank you guys for all your hard work!

Fair warning

This place sucks. All the bad reviews you read sound accurate per my experience and the good ones are probably fake. The car I bought had all these underlying conditions they were supposed to fix. I left it there before I drove it off the lot for them to fix the issues, one of which was an airbag light that was on, safety hazard, the issue wasn’t fixed. I left it it there again for 2 weeks, picked it up today, and the issue wasn’t fixed, yet he lied and said it was. There are some cool sales people, but lies and deceitful tactics in general. I spoke to the “parts manager” Jonathan, horrible demeanor and attitude. I told him I’d leave bad reviews and he said “ok then don’t bring the car back to fix the airbag light” lmao. I told him I’m bringing it back anyway it’s in the contract, he said “ok” lol. I’m not sure if this guy is proud of his attitude running a business this way, but it’s shameful and disappointing people and dealerships like this exist. That said, life always finds a way to make things even. I’m going to reach out to the better business bureau and my prepaid legal service until my matter is resolved. Do not come here, but if you insist, bring your mechanic, a negotiator, and a lawyer. Better yet, just stay away.

Excellent service and Dealer

Aston was extremely helpful and experienced which made my first car buying experience a memorable one, he made sure that i had all my questions answered and helped me understand how to buy a car for the first time. I will always remember this experience and Aston for making my dream come true.

They Are Awesome!

jonny at corona was incredible helpful keep me update every 30 min. Car was stick so he taught me and made sure I knew enough to drive the car home. Everyone there was incredibly patient and the car was perfect inside and out no rips or tear no dents or scratches

Gabriel at Corona Motors

I highly recommend coming to this dealership and asking for Gabriel. I purchased a Chevy Malibu and although i wasn’t looking for a specific car, he helped me choose a car that was convenient, affordable, and comfortable for me instead of trying to sell me something i couldn’t afford. He was very understanding and accommodating to my schedule when i couldn’t come to the lot and i highly feel like this experience was the smoothest and easiest that i’ve had at a dealership.

Wish I didn't car front was messed up.

Same as the rest hidden fees.. there was some type paint on the back seat, when I pointed it out they promised to have it fixed b4 I left... the lied of course.

Poor business practices

I was scheduled for an appointment to test drive the car at 12:30 pm for 1:45pm. I arrived at 1:35pm and was told that the vehicle was in closing on sale. The customers had apparently been there for 2 hours. I drove for almost an hour just to be told that the car wasn't available. If the customer had already been there working on a deal for an hour before the appointment was made, why was I called to schedule an appointment? Seems like I was tricked to go and check out other vehicles.

Great customer service

Top notch service people like Aston will take care of you. Went to carmax the day before and the experience was lackluster. I found a better deal with the perfect car for me and Aston went above and beyond to secure the car for me, even working before store hours to help me out.

Gabriel at Corona Direct was awesome!

Gabriel and team were very good to work with. They are straight forward and super polite and customer oriented. After test driving and negotiating ane agreeing to buy a VW Tiguan and doing the paperwork, as we were driving off, a headlight sensor went off. We went back and Gabriel took care of it. In replacing the bulb, his team discovered that the electronic fitting was cracked - they coukd have duct taped it and sent us on their way, but they told us the issue and ordered a new part instead. Nice of them to go the distance and do the right thing. Good job, good ethics. I think most would have taped it. Thanks Gabriel and Corona Direct!
