Your service depart has proven to be exceptional, particularly Mr. Jayden Warren this young man will go places if his awesome attitude continues to be professional, this will definitely bring more customer into your dealer with the potential not only to service the vehicles, but to purchase one. I recommend getting a trade in quote somewhere else. Quote page did not have a ny of my features checked. They go buy blue book value, as was told to my wife.

My service advisor was very helpful and efficient. I had a warranty repair done, and she handled everything very smoothly, from checkin to returning a freshly washed car to me. The wash is a nice touch.

The salesperson Becca listened rather than tried to 'sell' me a car; very wise, especially for someone so young. It simply was a pleasant experience, not something usually associated w/ a car transaction!

Please be careful to understand and get in writing all undertakings and price quotes from the dealership. I was given a definite settlement price and told by the salesperson that as long as I paid that amount by the time my first payment was due, that would be the full amount due. It turns out that interest was accruing on a daily basis and that the pay-off amount was $340.00 higher than I was told. I expected the dealership to stick to the price quoted in writing, but they would not. After a really good sales experience, this was very disappointing and took the gloss off the experience. Having one of their managers hang up the phone on me during a call to discuss this made it even worse. I have been waiting for a return call for over a week. After follow up from the General Manager, I have changed my review to five stars. Mistakes can be made, but it is often how they are handled and corrected that really makes a difference. Mr. Garner was very polite and helpful and I am now completely satisfied with my experience.
