Ziegler ford is Truthful reliable & dependable—— We first took it to the Napleton ford in oak lawn location, they lied said rodents were eating the wiring. Took us for a couple hundred bucks and asked for another $1,200 to continue the split working. That was a flat out lie, when we took it to Ziegler they saw no evidence of that. Fixed my hatch and alternator within a week.

It has largely served its purposes. It is hindered, it seems, by Ford’s policies. But I have mostly appreciated the individual employees I have interacted with.
