BMW of South Austin

I got a flat tire on the highway and BMW of South Austin helped me out immediately! They sent Jose Barbosa over to my BMW where he was able to swap out the tire with a donut. I then drove my car back to BMW where they helped me find the right tire to replace the damaged tire. Jose and the whole BMW team were phenomenal. 10/10 experience.

Ben in the service department has been incredible to work with and always helpful when I reach out. I’ve now worked with Ben on two BMWs I’ve owned and every time I come in, he makes sure I get the support. Thank you Ben for all of the help man!

Jose Barbosa went above and beyond when my X3’s battery died. I had requested a tow from BMW Roadside Assistance. Apparently there wasn’t a truck available so Jose came out to see if he could get my car started. He did. As I was driving away, my car died again. Jose turned back around and met me. He confirmed my car was indeed in need of a tow to the BMW Dealership and coordinating that for me. He called me later that afternoon to give me an update. I knew I was in good hands with Jose. He offered for me to call him anytime I need technical service with my X3. I put his phone number in my contacts on my phone and love that I now know someone at BMW Service that is so customer service oriented. Thank you, Jose!!

Charles was extremely friendly and professional. Car was completed the same day and was cleaned and detailed when I picked it up. Amazing service!!!

I recently bought my BMW X5 from thsi dealership, Jorge was the one who first test drove the car with me and explained the car features to me without being pushy for selling the car. Later on when I made up my mind to purchase the vehicle he answered all the questions I had and helped me buy it at a decent price. In order to fecilitate the deal he even drove to me house and got the checkbook. Overall had a good experience with the purchase.

I had roadside assistance today for a flat tire. Jose Barbosa was my service tech and was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and did a great job putting on my spare. What I appreciate most was his customer first attitude. He went out of his way to make sure I could get an appointment and that my new tire would be in stock. Just excellence all the way! Wow. I cannot begin to explain how amazing Jose is. I have never met or interacted with anyone in car service as kind, generous, thoughtful, caring, and professional as Jose. This was far more than a standard customer service interaction — it was the work of someone who is passionately committed to taking care of people with the highest quality of care. Jose went above and beyond, driving all the way to Lockhart to help me with a flat tire. Along the way, he discovered it was my birthday, and — despite the rough day I was having — surprised me with a thoughtful birthday gift: a collection of BMW-branded items for my vehicle. He also took the time to walk me through the process of changing the tire and installing the spare. Fortunately, we discovered the tire was repairable, and instead of leaving me on my own, Jose went the extra step of calling around town to find a shop that could quickly and reliably repair it so I could get back on the road. I cannot praise this experience highly enough. I feel incredibly lucky to have had Jose’s help and kindness during what could have been a very stressful situation. Thank you, Jose. You are the real deal and a perfect example of what true customer care looks like. I cannot thank you enough.
