From the time I step foot on this lot, I could feel this place was shady. First off! The used cars they sell here aren’t very good quality but to make problems worst when I told the salesman outside I had an appointment he gave me a big attitude, then overlooked me and greeted my husband instead. Thank God! I was unable to buy a car here because they don’t finance any ride share workers, but I wouldn’t recommend any person buy car here because they are very dishonest people. Here’s why: The car I was interested in was a BMW X3 but me and my husband heard the engine knocking but when I asked the sales person about the engine knocking he said “That’s how it supposed to sound because it is a turbo engine” ... lies!! I knew it was a lie because I had test drove another BMW X3 before coming there and the engine didn’t sound like that. But anyways, I ended up buying a car from Carmax and I’m very happy with the level of respect and good customer service I received there. God knows best.
