I loved working with Yigit and Yalcars!

I loved working with Yigit and Yalcars! I am not exaggerating at all. I am rarely this impressed with a transaction. I waited to write my review until the car was delivered, and I was satisfied, and I am. Every step was easy, professional and friendly from the initial contact, questions asked and answered, the professional, honest zoom walk around and through the car, the patience and speed of response to questions regarding the contract and transfer of funds, and help sorting out questions regarding the title transfer and delivery. The delivery was two days earlier than expected and also very professional. When it was time to wire the money, even having not driven the car, I was confident and at peace with my decision. AND I am extremely happy with my 2013 Lexus GS 350 AWD. There were no bad (only good) surprises. I highly recommend this company, in general, and Yigit, in particular.

I would strongly caution anyone against purchasing a

I would strongly caution anyone against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I was pressured into placing a non-refundable deposit on a van that was advertised as being in great condition with a clean Carfax report. The dealership staff explicitly told me there were no issues with the vehicle, yet within hours of receiving it, multiple mechanics confirmed serious pre-existing engine damage and other safety concerns. Despite purchasing a warranty, coverage was denied, and the dealership has been completely unhelpful, dismissive, and at times rude when I’ve tried to work toward a solution. I am now out thousands of dollars in deposits, inspections, and repairs, and the vehicle is still not safe to drive. If you’re considering buying here, please get an independent inspection before committing. My experience has been extremely stressful and costly, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this.

We operate as a hassle-free dealership, and all of our policies—including deposit terms—are clearly published on our website under the FAQ section. Deposits are only accepted when a customer voluntarily chooses to hold a vehicle, and we never pressure anyone into making a commitment. The van you purchased was a Carfax 1-owner vehicle with no reported accidents, and it was priced very competitively compared to similar units in the market. We take pride in offering quality vehicles at fair prices, and this unit reflected both strong value and clean history. As a 10-year-old pre-owned unit with higher mileage, the van recently underwent inspection, including fresh oil and filter changes. It was also test-driven and inspected by a third party you assigned prior to purchase. At the time of sale, there were no failed components or safety violations noted, and our records show the brakes were within safety standards as well. The manufacturer’s warranty had expired, and the extended warranty you purchased is designed to cover future mechanical failures—not the wear/tear consistent with age and mileage. Unfortunately, extended warranties cover repairs for future failures. We fully understand that purchasing a used vehicle—especially one with higher mileage—can sometimes fall short of expectations. That’s why we strongly encourage all customers to take advantage of third-party inspections, in-person visits, or live video calls with our dedicated sales staff before making a decision. These options are always available to help provide peace of mind. While we’ve done our best to assist within the scope of our policies, we’re still here to help. As a courtesy, we’d be happy to offer a free inspection to reassess your van and ensure there are no issues beyond normal wear and tear. Our team consistently goes above and beyond to support our customers, and we remain at your service. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to improving wherever we can.
