Waste of my day Vehicle not as described Damage not disclosed in description Spoke with owner who knew we were driving 2 hours to see this . When we arrived the son was there and he knew nothing about the vehicle . It had to be jump started so they didn't even look at it before we got there . Badly damages fiberglass in the hi top of the van and obvious water damage inside . Running board on passenger side nearly ripped off . Son couldn't get the entertainment center to power up . Total waste of my day off Son unprofessional owner didn't get vehicle ready for our visit . It's still sitting there and will continue to sit there for what they are asking for it .

This dealership is a Rip OFF and DANGEROUS. I bought a used car from Adam's Motor. He sold me an unsafe family vehicle; he lied and said the car was safe. He said the cars were inspected on his lot. He over charged me for a SUV family vehicle. I would soon learn within two weeks of driving the breaks locked on me while driving the car. Once my mechanic looked it over, he said the car should not have passed inspection with the number of issues it had. I was overcharged and I financed the car which intern lengthen the borrowed amount at a higher rate. He also sold me a warranty that could not be used due to the NY laws of used vehicles. The car was over the warranty limit, and he sold a warranty to me anyway. I tried reaching out to Adam to speak with him about the matter he has had other employees answering the phone saying he does not work at the dealership. I am currently reporting this dealership. This dealership is selling lemons and the asking prices are way above what the cars should be valued at. Also, people can get hurt or die buying any car from this untrustworthy dealer.

Worst experience ever. I called ahead of time to look and test drive a 2014 Mustang GT on the lot. I arrived and the cars not ready or even clean and I’m not even greeted by the guy sitting down. He never got up while i made my intention known that I’m here to buy the car from them and didn’t even bother to do his job. The guy sitting down said the cars in great condition no issues meanwhile it needs rear brakes, front tires very soon, Interior trim pieces were broken such as the seat belt holder and tears in the drivers seat. The vehicle had rock chips everywhere and the front wheel was curb rashed beyond all xxxx. Even after seeing all that I decided to drive the car anyways ignoring those defects and upon test driving the car the transmission was grinding second gear specifically on a downshift. I let the gentleman know and he didn’t seem to care. Even after knowing the vehicle had a major mechanical issue I still offered to work a deal out and was ready to purchase vehicle as long as we can come to a reasonable number for what’s wrong with the car (they’re asking 3k over KBB value too). The guy was typing so I figured he was crunching some numbers or researching part costs to come to a fair deal but no the guy was playing xxxxing video games while I’m trying to buy their defective garbage. I wanted to finance but I would of paid in full if I didn’t get the rate I was looking for. Unprofessional and horrible experience and I feel bad for the owner of this establishment and will never ever come back and steer anyone looking for a car away.

So lucky to find a SUV for my family. Adam was very professional and helped me get my dream Vehicle a Volvo CT90 2016 for a great price. Adams customer service was amazing, was approved and able to drive out with my SUV the same day. Happy customer. If your looking for a vehicle I highly recommend Adams Motors.

I would avoid this place, there was literally one fat guy and he was no help at all, didn't seem even interested in selling the car or even showing it. When asked about the damages to the car he acted like there wasn't anything there. Doesn't even know the history of the vehicle or wanna give the carfax

Just an FYI, when people search for a used car based on PRICE, they aren't basing that on what the dealership PAID for the car, which you are lying about anyway. This is a cheap marketing ploy and dishonest to say the least. Buy your car from a dealer that doesn't insult your intelligence.

This dealership lists cars for one price and then gives you another. I drove for 3 hours to get to the dealership to buy a car that was listed as $5000 and once I got there they said "oh no that's OUR price that we BOUGHT the car for, we're really selling it for $7000" When I asked why they didn't list it for $7000 then like every other dealership on this website they said it was my job to read the fine print not their fault. The fine print just says "make us an offer we can't refuse!" which doesn't actually give me any information about the price. Even if what they are doing is technically legal, the fact that they are going around about it in such a backwards way gives me a really bad feeling about this business. Why not be transparent like everyone else is these days? Scummy dealerships are a thing of the past, I hope they learn that when no one wants to but their cars.

I got my 2010 jeep wrangler from Adam Motors. They are nice people, treat their customers with respect. The car is running smooth, no issues.
