I have nothing but praise for this dealer. I live around the corner from here and noticed they have great inventory. I stopped by on a Sat. evening and was driving by Monday. They helped me buy my dream, Range Rover. The team was helpful and attentive, especially Ali. One of the nicest people I have met in San Jose. We talked about the car and the features; he was honest about the exclusivity of the car. I waited one day, and someone else almost brought it. Lucky me, they didn't! The customer service was awesome; he spoke to the owner and got me new brakes and rotors for free. We will be buying my wife's car from there in August!

I hate going through the process of buying a car -- high pressure and dishonest sales people trying to sell me cars I do not want while not showing me cars that meet my needs. That did not happen at Showcase! I was made an appointment with Ali at Showcase and he listened to what I was looking for and then helped me find cars that would meet my needs. I visited the Showcase lot a few times along with visits to other dealers. In the end, I purchased a car from Ali as he was the best at working with me, listening to what I had to say, and he was not high pressure. Thanks Ali!

I showed up earlier in the day to check out some cars. Ali immediately walked up and introduced himself. Showing us around some of the cars. He was great and friendly. Very honest and not pushy. Patrick then helped close the deal and helped with the purchase. He was just as amazing.

Shocking is an understatement, Deceptive also an understatement, Dishonest also, after sales service absolutely terrible. I the customer who bought a car here experienced this

Set up sale online. Once they recieved the "non-refundable deposit" they changed the agreements we had already set up. They moved the pickup day from Friday to Tuesday. They stopped giving us details we asked about the car, and they took longer to respond to questions. They gave us the total that the cashiers check should be, and I showed up on the agreed upon day. The first document I was handed to sign was a credit app, which I questioned, as they had already taken the check. The sales manager came out to explain that the credit application wasn't for credit, but the document clearly stated as such on all three pages that required a signature. He also tried to explain that he could not possibly run credit without a SSN, which is completely false. He snatched up the contract and asked me to leave, eventually giving me my check back. Credit scams are a well known concern with used car dealers. Buyer Beware.

Great Service and Staff. Everyone treated me like Royalty. They are very knowledgeable about their product. Will definitely come back and recommend them to friends.

Buyers beware! This dealer sold me a mercedes cla45 amg on mar 3. Only after 2 weeks of owning the car i got a check engine light and told them about it. They immediately told me i should have bought warranty from them.I brought it to a mb dealer and told me i needed a new transmission. Mercedes told me the total cost would be 9k. Horrible dealer selling messed up cars...
