Impreza owner

They really spent the time with you to explain everything. And they actually went out of their way to look up things that we really didn't need to know immediately. That's customer service! Couldn't ask for a better experience.

My first SUBARU FORESTER TOURING

The first Subaru dealership I went to. I was asked by a person. Can I help you? Yes I want to buy a 2022 FORESTER TOURING. USING MY 2018 FORD EXPLORER LIMITED AS A TRADE. HE SAID I CANNOT HELP YOU. BUT I WILL GO AND GET SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP YOU. That person was in a office in the dealership. That person did not come out of office. But sent this same person out to me and basically said he is not available. So my wife and I left.. We then left the area and drove several miles to another city. We arrived. I went in while my wife waited in my VEH. As soon as I entered the showroom a salesperson said May I help you? With in 30 min. In June of 2022. A order was processed for my 2022 Forester Touring. During this process one of the co owners of business came in and he & I were introduced. Three months later this past OCTOBER 20 I took delivery of my order. I was given a tour of business, I was given the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty. I was also advised my VEH could be serviced at my local DUTCH MILLER DEALERSHIP, THAT SELLS MULTIPLE MAKES OF AUTOS. So I would not have to drive to another city for service. I was kept informed of delivery and a appointment was set for pickup. Also a appointment was set for a tech to make sure my wife and I understood the electronics of the SUBARU. ALSO SET MY WIFE UP TO THE NEW SAFETY FEATURE OF EYE SITE which is. Standard safety of the FORESTER. Which was the primary reason of purchase. The high rated National safety record. Also the great gas mileage and comfortable drive experience for myself and my wife.

Dutch Miller Subaru

Very professional, fast service. I had state inspection performed and needed new windshield wipers. They contacted their parts department and had the new wipes in stock. The price was reasonable.

Put customer service back in your dealership

Appointments don’t mean anything here, mine was at 930am for radiator flush and oil change didn’t get car back till next day BAD SERVICE HERE

Great Dealer with super employees

I went to Dutch Miller Subaru just to look at an Impreza, not intending to buy. At Dutch Miller, Britney Stamper really impressed with her knowledgeable about questions I asked. We went inside and Britney Stamper and Reece Miller worked up some numbers and figures for the purchase of a new car. To be honest Britney and Reece made it so easy, I purchased a new Impreza "when I was only coming to look"! Britney and Reece were just super great people to deal with. Great place with great people!l

Ordering and receiving new car

First time ordering a car (due to no inventory in these crazy times). Even though it took 3 months to be delivered, my salesman Jaime kept us updated on progress. Car was a gift to my daughter, a new driver. They placed car in showroom with a bow and balloons on it since it was 2 days after her 19th birthday. Helped make the day extra special!!
