I did a lot of research and found my perfect vehicle at Kunes in Stoughton. It was priced fairly and the process was very speedy. My sales person, Aster was professional and very friendly. Managers were also good and I had a pleasant experience in general. I will definitely be back once I require another vehicle, and will suggest my friends and family do to the same.

I was a little nervous walking in, but I will say my nerves settled after meeting and talking with Chris Riddle. He was friendly, an amazing sensor of humor and open to our situation and worked with us to get us on the road safe and sound. I HIGHLY recommend Chris and Kunes.

At first everything seemed fine, until I did my research
At first everything seemed fine, until I did my research & made an offer based on that, & then crickets…When I finally got a response it was when you’re ready to give us what WE want for the car then we’ll talk, let us know when you want to be reasonable. Mind you this offer was based on KBB.com, & with the vin number they provided, they listed the car with one mileage, & it had 3,000 extra miles on it. Then when I called the manager to find out why I was being dealt with not only in that manor, but over text message, & not even the courtesy of a phone call, I got cocky man in charge of everyone, with an even bigger jerk mentality, trying to talk down to me, like he didn’t need my $50,000 cash, so I don’t need to give it to him, & my deal, along with my cash walked!! The cars still for sale btw, & no matter how perfect it is for me, there’s no amount of money in the world worth not having to deal with a cocky jerk, or two!! Keep your car boys!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a new vehicle in May 2024. After deciding not to finance and pay cash, the dealership had a lien on my title for 3 months and I still today do not the title yet. I have reported / filed claims with the BBB and the D.O.T, which is on their permanent record. They also basically make you purchase this CermaPlate warranty that is thousands of dollars. I said I didn’t want it but they said they can’t remove it. I called to cancel it but guess what… you cannot cancel it. The finance guy (Jeff Swanson) there is rude and unprofessional. The general manager would not even talk to me to help. They do not return phones call and you just get the run around. Do not waste your time, money and patience with this dealership or any of their locations.

Thought I'd try them again after a 2 year's from the last
Thought I'd try them again after a 2 year's from the last time I was there told them the problem and code I got off my code reader they said it was vent solenoid valve control circuit same thing I told them they fixed it took less than an hour charged me $399.98 labor and $192.97 part's plus $20.00 for using my credit card total $685.43 called around every one else was around $320.00 for total job , never the going there again beware.

I originally got my truck at Barnaville location and to
I originally got my truck at Barnaville location and to have the no fear warranty. I need to have my vehicle serviced for oil changes At the Barnaville location, I was paying roughly around $85 there, since they close that location I have to drive 35 minutes to either Stoughton or Madison and they charge $115-$120. If I would’ve known this, I wouldn’t have bought a vehicle from them in the first place. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Salesman (young man) tried to tell me, the manufacturer (GMC), is going to fine his dealership because they sell vehicles too cheaply. AND, their raising their prices tomorrow. Biggest crock of xxxx I've ever heard. Never would I trust this dealership.
